These are sharp, very sharp. They do a great job and will last a long time. Curved scissors are ideal to get a good finished cut.

Bought these scissors for first time Grooming of our GoldenDoodle.Was leery about purchasing since some reviews were less than stellar. Wife is a hairdresser and said these shears were better than her haircutting scissors.Found them to give smooth cuts from pivot to tips. Easy to operate. Easy to make adjustment to tighten the blades.Give them a try.

I liked these scissors very much. I bought them to groom our 2 dogs. The only thing is, I put my middle finger in the hole and since my joints are a little swollen, I have to wiggle my finger to get it back out. Other than that, they work great and I love the fact that they have 2 pair of curved and thinning scissors as well as the straight ones. I use them all.

The thinners are surprisingly sharp! I am a professional dog groomer and needed some new thinners in a pinch. I saw this set had decent reviews and figured I’d get a whole set of shears since it was so cheap and would come overnight. The curves both fold hair sometimes and I’ve yet to test out the straights but I think this set was worth it just for the thinners. They got the job done and lasted me til my kenchii thinners arrived.

Only complaint is heavy. So far, they are very nice. Especially for the price.

This is my first Professional set of Grooming tools, I use buy over the counter or I'd have a pair from a clipper set. I was really impressed with the sets of scissors and the cleaning cloth, however a little heavy to hold. I do like the Black with the little color , there were a variety of colors to choose from, and these made my job easier and much faster-I suppose I'll just have get use to the new tools and sure was fun using them.

Sharp cutting scissors. When I groomed Westin hair the scissors cut without any twisting of the blades. Sharp and clean. The thinners work well but not as well as the curved blades. I found they were prone to clogging. Still for the money— I would buy them again.

Excellently sharp scissors, ideal for all forms of dog grooming

Great little kit. Very sharp, so be carful with your fur babies. I don't have massive hands by any means (use like a medium/large size nitrile glove for comparison) and the finger holes are too small for me. I can manage to use them just fine but they are small then my old set of scissors.
