Good quality but expensive
Certainly cuts ironing time down, especially for duvet covers and shirts. The reason I have given it 4 stars is because it came with a continual plug on it and I then had to buy an adapter plug. Karcher products are very expensive as it it and I would have thought than when they were dispatching from Germany to uk they could put a U.K. plug on.

Wrong plugs
This item has 2 electrical plugs, a male for power supply and female (to plug the steamer into in order to power the steamer).Both plugs are European 2 pin plugs.Not fit for purpose when sold in the UK.
