I’m using this to help with my fig cuttings grow while it’s too cold outside. I didn’t want the heat pad to get too hot and cook the roots, so that’s why I went with one with an attached thermocouple. The thermometer has a digital display and updates the temp about 3 times a second. I’m only using one pack at the moment, but to use two of them at once, the second heat mat pigtails onto the first heat mat. So it’s not really two independent packs, but more like 2 heat mats in series. So far it’s working well. My figs are growing well with my little setup.

Fits perfectly under my 11" x 21" trays. It's helpful to have a digital thermostat to set desire temperature with the option of F or C setting and measurement. Easy to install by placing under the seeding tray. I do not have a way to check accuracy, but when the probe is placed in different pots, the temperature changes.

This is my first purchase of a seeding mat, so you should that this review with the appropriate grain of salt. My experience with the heating mat has been positive and it has definitely resulted in seeds in my seed trays germinating faster. I can fix to 10x10 seed trays on the mat, so the size is good. It is not initiative to use, however the instructions, while not great, are good enough to allow you to figure things out. The timer functions and temperature controls seem to be working as advertised so no complaints there. I would purchase again if needed.

Works wondrous in Winter environment helped produce seeds and grow plants and my grow container I got worked wonders I started them right midwinter and they're much taller and stronger plants now it's spring and it's perfect great to have to start your plants earlier so they produce a lot more at the right times of the year

Horrible thing. Doesn’t work at all! No instructions in how to use. Does not heat to set temperature. Barely heats up at all. Waste of money. Too late to return!

Didn't really heat well..... Setting instrument seemed cheap & never seemed to set temp right. I followed all instructions but the mats did not help with germination at all.

I really like the value you get for the price. These are large enough to keep the warm size of my snake terrariums at their proper temperatures. I use these in all my snake terrariums. They are easy to use. Water proof. Can tape them under or in my case i place them in my 4x2x2 terrariums. The all in one thermostat is a plus. Ive used these for going on 2 years and never had to replace one yet. Very hardy.

Works great seeds germanated alot faster

I actually bought this as a shoe/boot warmer. It's perfect for the winter cold, and keeps my footwear warm from bottom to top. It's also waterproof, so dripping snow isn't a problem. I'm happy with my purchase.

Mat was purchased to use as a proofing mat for sourdough bread. The mat worked very well providing a relatively consistent temperature when checked with a thermometer. I would definitely recommend this mat for sourdough bread making to provide consistent temperature for the best possible bread.
