Maytag blue cheese is the best!

Excellent the taste is fantastic used it on salad.

I have no idea how good this cheese tasted because I served it as an appetizer centerpiece and while I was away in the kitchen preparing the entree, it was gone. My guests devoured it, and that's a lot of cheese! I dressed it with honey and toasted walnuts, set out a few trays of various crackers and pita chips, and paired it with both white and red dry wines. I'll be ordering a double batch next time just to keep one for myself.

Am I in cheese heaven? I think so. Incredibly creamy and glorious. A healthy chunk like this allowed me to make the most incredible salad dressing, classy stuffed dates for a party, and various other tasty treats. Real Maytag blue cheese is like no other. It makes an incredible treat for cheese connoisseurs.

I didn't know it was possible for a blue cheese to stand out so much from the crowd. A little pricey, but I will continue to buy it on a regular basis. And shipping was two days ahead of schedule.

Wasn’t the same as it used to be - I bought for myself and my mother and we both found it to not be as good as previous purchases.

I ordered this for a salad, sautéed apples and celery on a bed of celery leaves and greens, with candied pecans. Lord!
