This is a wonderful mat for the price!! It is plenty wide and thick enough for practicing at home.I have seen a couple of reviews mention that it is “a little thin.” However, the mat is as described in the title— a 2” thick mat. If you want a 3.5” thick mat, be prepared to shell out a couple hundred bucks.This is my second attempt at purchasing a decent mat for a decent price online, and I couldn’t be happier with it!! Exceeds expectations.

Great padding. Can wait to receive my pole. I got s spinning pole for our in home. Kids will have a blast on it as well. That’s why we wanted a solid padding. Was worth every penny.

Unfortunately came a bit damaged from poor packaging but only a few scratches. On the bright side it works perfectly for what I needed it for which is sound insulation for the loud metal plates on the xstage light. The best answer for sound proofing that pole if you have it upstairs. Perfect amount of thickness, not too thick and not too thin. It would be 5 stars if packaging was better and product did not get slightly damaged, but for the price it's still worth it to get this one

I've had this mat for over a year now and it has held up wonderfully! I am surprised at the quality given the price point was quite low. I'm so glad I got this mat, really useful for stretching and just having a little extra padding when trying out an inversion.

The media could not be loaded.  It's the perfect size for when you just want "something" there, but don't want to use the really full padded mats. It's especially great for practicing shoulder stands, head stands, hand stands and laybacks down to headstands or handstands. It's nice knowing there is something down there under me because the floor is hard and unforgiving!I recommend this to anyone training pole on a hard floor!The price is reasonable too!
