freezing pen vs the gel vs the bandages
1st! Freezing pen, Package came in defective and half opened and the pen is not working !!!It keep producing the hissing sound but the sponge never get frosty as mentioned .The gel is not working either it dries on the skin and can be peeled out easily without doing anything! The bands are MAGICAL!!! It actually works the bestttt!! I posted pic before and after and during the process, it took like a week but I was almost changing it daily and peel the read skin and expose the rest until its GONE!

Wasted money
I bought one of these a few months ago. Worked great, got 2 uses of it before there was no more product left. Thought it was great. Of course wart came back as warts do. So I tried it again and bought another. This time, the device didnt work! Product started spraying everywhere and I had to throw immediately into trash. Bought another one, device again didn’t work, couldn’t turn. Bought 3rd device, same thing happened. $30 each time x 3 failed devices! Wart never got treated!

It works for removing warts on the hand!!
I used this product to treat a wart that decided to take up residence on the inside of my middle finger. After first I was tempted to see a dermatologist but every doctor's office I called wanted $200 to treat a simple wart! No thanks! Instead I purchase this product here on Amazon. I followed the directions perfectly and my skin turned white and stung a little during the process. However, within a few days, I noticed that a callus was forming and about a week later it started peeling off. I waited a few more days and then helped it out a but by peeling off the dead skin. That was it! The wart fell off with that dead skin and I had a big smile! No more wart!Couple things for those who had issues. Make sure to follow the directions! in the first step, when pressing down on the cap to freeze the pen, don't press too long. It says only use for 2 seconds but I went for 3 seconds. A slow...1...2...3. Then I lifted it and immediately applied it to my wart. Next, I applied the tip of the pen onto the wart according to directions and time recommendation for the largest wart. I used a timer on my phone to ensure I was following it exact. While treating it, at first I was concerned because of the stinging and how white the skin became on top and deep below. However, I did some quick research and saw similar notes from doctors about their treatments and so I decided to wait a few days. Everything worked out fine. So, YES, I definitely recommend this product and will absolutely use it again if needed! I should have taken before and after pics but didn't. Also, I bought this product right here on Amazon and was not paid for this review.

Only lasts 3 uses, maybe 4
2019, got the full use out of each device. 2020, get 3 uses. Once I got 4 uses. At $24 for the product, that's $8 a wart to treat for 3 treatments. That's frustrating. Contact the company, they mail a coupon for their product. Oh, but the coupon doesn't work online or on Amazon. Well, isn't that nice?Family member had cancer surgery about 3 years ago. Whole family got warts on bottoms of feet. Tried a variety of treatments from crushed aspirin into a paste and shaving off dead skin to lemon juice, various natural products, to the compoundW freeze. The acidic options took off layers of skin, wart included, but they just kept coming back. Natural stuff sort of hit and miss. One day the wart grows, the next it flattens, but just wouldn't go away. At least, they didn't spread as long as putting something on them, be it acidic, the natural essential oil products, or the freeze. Do nothing, they spread. The freeze option is the only one that got rid of a cluster of warts on one foot numbering 10+ individuals that sort of made their own zip code. For the remaining warts, they just won't go away. The freeze is the only option that makes them go flat. Think they're gone. A few weeks later, little bumps again.Maybe their really resistant. Maybe our health's just that low with all our allergy issues. Health hasn't been good overall this year. I've actually tuned out the news. Finally started to feel better stress-wise and then some external allergens I cannot control appeared and my health sunk. Then the warts came back again. For persistent stubborn warts, overall immune health is going to play a big role. At least for us. the freeze product, while expensive, and while only getting about HALF of the stated uses for over 4 different pens so far ... is the only thing that got some of them gone permanently and knocks the remainders flat ... now if they'd just stay gone.Really disappointed that the product only lasts about 3 uses. I time the hold for 2 seconds part of the setup with a clock. There's no way I'm using up half the product by holding it down too long. When it gets to the end of its uses, it just sputters a little. The tip might look cold, but it's not frigid hard, it's still soft and flexible. Try to push it down again to get more freeze ... it won't go down anymore. It just gets stuck.Overall, it's nice and easy to use. It'd be a lot better if you got all the advertised uses 100% of the time.I'd be happier if it'd just just destroy the remaining warts already. They're not normal. While I'm tired of treating feet, everyone wearing socks, disinfecting the floor, shower, etc. immediately after each use by any family member, at least they're not spreading. And I'm not fussing with bandaids with crushed aspirin pastes or the acid stuff and cutting moleskin to fit and then using a bandaid to hold that in place.I looked at the Dr Scholls freeze product. One look at the ingredients and no thanks. Yes, I want freeze. I'm sick of the acid, the bandaids, and the mess. But dimethyl ether and propane? Seriously? So, that's a no for the Dr Scholls freeze product. Dimethyl ether. Incredible.

Pricey but seems to work…first order was a dud
6/29 update: purchased a second one because it seemes to freeze pretty well even though I only got one use out of the first one. The second one I bought had a couple more applications, so maybe the first was a dud? Still a bit pricey, but seems to work better than other otc freezing treatmenta.Original review:It seems to be colder than the other over the counter freeze sprays, but it is really a waste. My doc once told me most OTC wart freezers (that ise butane) don’t usually get cold enough to really work but according to my research, this stuff (nitrous oxide) gets a little colder than the butane or other products though nothing like actual liquid nitrogen. Not sure how it’s supposed to last more than a couple of treatments. Mine only lasted one because I couldn’t get it to hiss like the directions say on the first try. I tried again and it spewed out, wasting a lot of it. Not sure if it really did anything on my wart but we’ll see…

Defective item
I received a defective product. It was dried out. Apparently this item isn’t eligible for a return so when I contacted the seller they refused a refund. I then Attempted an A-Z guarantee refund through Amazon and it was denied since I hadn’t put through an official refund request with the seller. However, since it’s considered a non returnable product it’s impossible to submit an official refund request aside from messaging the seller. Buyer beware.

Poor effect on warts
Very disappointed by this product. It doesn’t produces enough freezing power to achieve the desired effect on warts and callosities. The product is very easy to use but unfortunately it is not effective.I would certainly not recommend it.
