I did not have any side effects and I drink it with magnesium and potassium and maganesium and I sleep well at night with this set of powder , just a teaspoon before going to sleep and this collection of powders help me sleep well all night.

They say it is fibre that feeds the ( good) microbiome in the gut. Who am I to argue? I do take it in my morning drink. Very slightly sweet but tasteless
