This is the best body supprt pillow I have ever owned. Definitely pay the extra for the cooling fabric. It's really cool. I honestly didn't know what to expect here with the cooling option. But, I can tell you it exceeded any and all I thought about in regard to cooling options. It really feels cold to the touch. So if you don't like cool - cold material then go for the cotton or regular material. I am very picky about fabric too. I generally prefer 100 percent cotton and nothing else. Thsi feels like a sateen type of material. I don't like satin nor polyester. So I was shocked how great this feels against my skin. I didn't get this for pregnancy. So, I can't comment on this aspect. I got this pillow because due to heart and back issues, I can only sleep on my right side, and I can't lay flat on my stomach. So I need yo be propped up a bit on my stomach. Previosuly, I was using several pillows to keep me in position. Which led to having to adjust pillows 100 times a night while beating them into submissive fluffiness. Making sleep a real effort. This pillow is keeping me cool, supporting me in all areas. My head, my stomach, as well as the 3 bonus features. Which is back and leg support and this heavenly cool to the touch material. Also, you can use this in other ways while sitting up in bed, the couch, recliner, or even on the floor. It really is versatile. I loved my decision to choose this version first over the U- shaped version. I may still have to try the other one just to know. Or have on hand, I am sure it serves its version purposes just as well. Some may not want the leg extension. The only thing I can say that may be an issue is thw firmness. I tend to love all things squishy. This is not squishy at all. It's also not extremely firm. Its a medium firm. I do not know if this will loosen up or not and become a bit softer. It's comparable to my sleepgram pillow in firmness. Which my sleepgram has all the inserts as I used it as a prop up for my squishy head pillow. Now, I don't need any additional pillows. Just this Momcozy Pregnancy pillow. I will come back and update it in a month. If I remember. 😇

I absolutely loved this pregnancy pillow! The material stayed cool and made it very comfortable to use throughout the night. It provided excellent support and really helped me sleep better. The cover was easy to remove and wash, which was so convenient. Definitely a must-have for any mom!

I bought this for my daughter and she is about 6 1/2 months pregnant and she loves it! She says it’s super comfy. She can put it where she needs to to be comfortable. Very affordable good quality! It’s just like the picture she’s had it for about two months now and it’s still the same has not flattened gotten lumpy. Very durable.

This is such a good pillow! I originally bought the Velcro adaptable pregnancy pillow that has the two wedges and long part but found that it really made my ribs hurt a lot. I’m usually a slide sleeper so I’m used to rolling from side to side and finally after researching for so long found this pillow! I like that I can roll over and it works both sides. I love that I have less pain and aches. It’s so comfortable and I like how you can adjust the firmness by fluffing, moving, or removing the fluff. My sleep quality for sure increased! The only reason this isn’t a 5 star is that the crease for the leg pillow part is in a place that makes it hard for my height. I’m 5ft 6in and find my thighs want to land right where the crease is more often than not. Other than that this pillow is truly so amazing. My fiancée steals it often lol

SO comfy!!! I am not pregnant but was suffering from neck problems and couldn’t find the right pillow. This pillow solved that! No more neck pain and migraines. Smooth pillow case with a well made zipper. Washer safe. Medium firmness and heavy! I love it!

This has been life-saving for me while sleeping. I am normally a stomach sleeper - but I’m at the point in my pregnancy where that just isn’t possible - and this pillow has allowed me to sleep on my side comfortably. I’m always tossing and turning in bed if I don’t sleep with the pillow. I also love the cooling cover because I normally run very warm, but with the pregnancy I’m always overheating and this cover keeps its cool all night. The pillow itself is also fairly firm and supportive, which I love. The photos are very accurate and I would recommend this to any expectant mothers!

Update: Unfortunately, that didn’t last. Over time she couldn’t stand sleeping with it anymore — it just stopped being comfortable for her. Now the pillow has basically become a bed for the animals instead of something she can actually use. For the cost, it’s disappointing that it didn’t continue to provide the comfort she needed. I bought the Momcozy Pregnancy Pillow for my daughter during her first pregnancy — and as a first‑time grandma, I wanted to give her something that would truly make a difference. In the beginning, it really did. She noticed an immediate improvement in her sleep quality. The U‑shaped design supported her back, belly, and legs, helping her finally get comfortable and rest through the night. She even said it was the best sleep she’d had in months. The materials felt premium, the stitching was solid, and it was easy to clean. For the price, it seemed like one of the best options out there. She also used it for lounging, reading, and watching TV, which made me feel good knowing she was more relaxed and supported.

Perfect for pain relief, regardless of whether or not you’re pregnant! I personally ordered this for fibromyalgia relief, as I tend to sleep uncomfortably no matter what my mattress is like. While I wish there were more colors available, it is nonetheless perfect and so easy to use! It’s sosososo perfect. I was worried that it might not fit on a Twin XL bed, but it fits perfectly and there’s still just a little bit of extra space for my plushies. :) I was recommended this by multiple people, and I have definitely joined their team by now! Definitely recommend. As a matter of fact, I’m lying on the pillow as I write this review!
