I have been using this product since it was given to me a free sample after a 1/2 marathon. One night I had a horrible illness and couldn't sleep. Important presentation in the morning. I made this tea and it cured me immediately. Fell asleep woke refreshed, drank the rest of the cup and my day was saved. I have drank this product whenever I feel rundown since and it always brings me back.

I used buy this in a local food coop and they stopped carrying it.I was so pleased to see it on Amazon and now have it back in my pantry. In addition to just enjoying it as a treat. I typically drink this tea after working out in the yard. It is refreshing and also revitalizing. The only restriction I have is not to drinK it at night as it keeps me awake. Great flavor, easy to brew, I make a gallon at a time and it keeps well in the frig.

Don’t let the title in this product fool you. It makes the by iced tea I’ve ever had. I was first introduced to it years ago at one of the more upscale restaurants in my area. I couldn’t believe that it was so delicious without any added sugar or artificial sweeteners (I don’t really like sweet tea, so perfect for me). Since then I don’t go a summer without it. I make a two quart pitcher every day or two. Healthy, delicious, thirst quenching, and mildly energizing (no harsh caffeine buzz, won’t keep you awake at night). Try it!

The tea is very good for energy.

I am impressed with this tea. It has a mellow slightly citrisy flavor, but unlike other teas it has a full body fluid consistency that is nice across the tongue and your mouth and palate. It is smooth and seems to have a bit of thickness to it almost like a broth compared to other teas and I love it. I have tried the hot version and the cold pitcher type brew of this sport tea. I like them both, but like the hot tea version better in flavor and for the warmth. The hot version has smaller bags, but more of them and it is for making individual cups, but a single bag can make you two cups. This is the best tea I have had and will always buy it. I always get more. If stay up a bit too late the night before and then go to my office to do my Engineering work, it is very nice to have this to for some energy, great flavor and the feel of the tea as you sip or drink it. Get some, I am convinced you won't be sorry, whether for energy or for healthy rejuvination after a work out. I keep bags at work and at home. It does cost a bit more than other teas, but it is worth it. Not as potent as Monster or single or double shots, but does energize and it is HEALTHIER and healthy for you too. I am a true user. A bit expensive I'd you buy the individual bags. I recommend the larger 5 cup bags. I have used a coffeemaker to brew these larger bags and it's an excellent alternative to coffee. The first time you try you'll notice a citrus like taste and a rush of energy that can be better than coffee.

I have always loved iced tea, but once I found Sport Tea I stopped buying anything else. It is good for you, easy to make and delicious.
