UPDATED REVIEW: 8/18/23 Customer service reached out to me regarding the backpack and the zipper issue. At first they offered a full refund, but I really wanted the backpack to work so I asked if they could do a replacement because I did believe that perhaps the bag we got was defective. They agreed to a replacement and sent out one immediately after the discussion. The bag arrived pretty quickly and this one's zippers are functioning normally. We tried zipping and unzipping it quickly, haphazardly, etc and it stayed aligned. My kid gets her rolling backpack with working zippers and we're pleased. Customer service is absolutely amazing. ---------------------- OLD REVIEW: 8/7/23 Wish I didn't buy this so early for my middle schooler because I would have done an exchange or a return if it happened again. The zipper keeps misaligning and it keeps splitting open. The bag isn't too full that it can't close correctly, the zipper teeth just don't meet right in some spots unless we zip it very, very slowly. Maybe I got a defective bag, at least I could only hope so given the price, but I would have done an exchange to see the other one did the same thing. So unfortunate that I'm out $80 for something that we have to treat gingerly when it's an item I bought specifically for durability.

We bought this backpack about a month ago for my daughter who is a senior in high school. Her school does not have lockers, and carrying everything with her all day caused her a lot of back and shoulder pain last year. This backpack totally saved the day. She could not be happier with it. It’s sturdy, it functions well, rolls smoothly, it fits everything she needs to bring with her, and the origami dinosaurs are just the cutest. Definitely recommend.

It's decent but 1) it had a very odd smell. Had to open it all up to air it out for about 4 days and it is still a faint smell after a few weeks of use. 2) the "stand up" feet are in the center of the bottom, they need to move them more to the front for it to not be front heavy and fall over. (See pics for my alternative DIY fix). 3) SO FAR, we haven't had any issues with the telescoping handle, fingers crossed it stays that way. But we know to expect it based on others reviews. 4) the zippers work well, although the biggest pocket zippers go down into the bottle holder side pockets making it hard to unzip completely. 5) even when empty it is somewhat heavy, 5lbs as an empty bag. But it doesn't have to be carried. Just up and down stairs. 6) the look, pattern, colors are all nice and it seems to roll nicely. 7) it looks more roomy than it actually is. Overall, I would recommend this bag as it had helped my middle schooler not have to carry a very heavy bag as our school does not have lockers. But just buy it with the acceptance of there might be specific issues,and be ok with that. see below **** DIY **** I knew from the reviews that it might be front heavy and fall over. So I grabbed my childs old toddler ~going to Grandma's~ suitcase, that just collects dust, I took the "feet" off of that. Cut it in places, like the corners, to fit on the rounded backpack. Drilled some holes and nut and bolted it on. It stands just fine now. See pics. ***Update*** I don't normally write reviews so I don't expect much past sharing my experiences with products, good or bad. So I was surprised when the seller contacted me and offered to replace the bag. The backpack is designed to last at least 2 years with normal use. Long story short, they replaced the backpack for my son and made the process easy. My son was extremely happy. He said the backpack turns on a dime, much easier to move around than the previous bag. I am pleased about not only the customer service of this company but the quality with this new backpack seems to have been upgraded. Overall customer service has changed my mind on this product. It's a quality bag and the company is willing to stand behind their product. 5 Stars. I bought this backpack for my 11 YO son for middle school. The school doesn't have lockers. He is visually impaired and needs extra tools to help him see and move around (cane, audible reader, etc). I bought the shark print because that's his favorite. It was a decent backpack for the price. The wheels are noisy and if not properly packed, the whole thing tips over. These things can be overlooked somewhat. However, the handle broke off last Friday. It can't be fixed and the whole thing is now garbage. I bought end of May 2021. It's barely March 2022. I wouldn't recommend this bag.

My daughter who just turned 10 has a TON of books to carry to and from school. With kids returning back to campus the last thing I want for my daughter is to be carrying a super heavy backpack. So this rolling backpack is perfect! It was a cover to protect the wheels when she only has one or two books she has to put in her bag, cover the wheels and carry her bag while her outfit doesn't get dirty! It also has a laptop pocket for her device, along with an pencil organizer pocket on the outside for easy access. The material is pretty durable and well made. The mesh pockets on the side are very sturdy and strong. Unfortunately, her water bottle (32oz) is too big for the side pockets, so she has to bring a smaller water bottle (18 oz) but its a snug fit.

Excellent size and perfect handle height for someone who is under 5'4". Well made.

This is my 7 year olds bag. He takes his books back and forth to school. The main compartment/pocket does not have the width/depth expected. I can't fit his books and his lunch box comfortably. The interior of the main compartment lining is held together in spots with velcro. (maybe so you can pull the whole thing off? I dont know, I can't really see that happening) I feel like things are going to fall behind this lining The bag also falls over frequently. He had a much cheaper bag the last two years and thought I was upgrading. It really has not been an upgrade. It had a long delivery date and school had already started when it showed up. (my fault as I ordered mid August) If i had ordered sooner, I probably would have returned due to above stated issues. The exterior is very durable, I like the strap pockets to keep them from dragging. The bottom has a nice rubber type cover. The design on the outside is nice. For nearly 80 dollars I think it shouldnt fall over as it should be better balanced (the cheap bag was) and the interior shouldn't be so snug I can't put a few books and a lunch box. I did read the dimensions and seemed to be the same as other bags we have owned that fit books and lunch boxes. It does have an inner lap top pocket and this may be part of the problem but it overall still isn't as functional as it should be.

La compre para mi hija, ella como yo quedamos contentas con el producto, es muy bonita además de que es amplia y resistente. Personalmente me encuentro más que satisfecha con la mochila ya que es práctica, cómoda y sobre todo tiene el espacio suficiente para todas sus cosas de la escuela.

Purchased this bag Aug 2021, This is the best school bag with wheels ,that I have purchased for my son. The side protectors works, his backpack is still in good condition and he can use it for another school year. Definitely recommend this. Update review: this bag is so durable and worth the money. My son has been using it for 3 years now and still looks good. He really loves this bag and can fit a lot of things. We'll planning to keep on using it for another school year and we're planning to buy an extra one for him next year!

La mochila está hecha con materiales de muy buena calidad. Amplia, bonito diseño (compré el diseño de sirena). Varios compartimentos, se puede llevar tableta o laptop. Tiene dos niveles para sostenerla/moverla, tanto una niña como un adulto y también se puede llevar como backpack.
