This thing is amazing. I have hypermobility and my muscles are constantly aching. My teenage son is a powerlifter and this device is small enough for him to take to competitions. We had a generic device and I always thought it was good enough. But the power this offers is so much better for both our needs. The vibration is intense and you can use a good amount of pressure. Definitely worth the price for the benefits.
