I got this to install a project or in an unused bedroom that was made into a media room. It comes with all the brackets, screws, and nuts one requires. It solid and was easy to put together. Its flexible in the size of projector you want to connect and can be angled differently as well, which is a hug help. It comes with two extension pipes, both about 8 to 10 inches in size. This works if you have very high ceilings. Sadly I have regular ceilings in my house and with one extension used, it brought the projector down to about head height where it may get hit. I decided to forego the extension pipe and the projector bracket does connect to the ceiling mount. Its not perfect as I have to use a small allen key to keep the projector balanced, a little thing but it works. I wished they designed the ceiling bracket to connect directly to the projector mount to give it even more flexibility. This is why I gave it only 4 stars.I have since moved the whole thing out to the garage, where I have the same heighted ceilings. The allen key continues to hold in place. I may get someone to cut the pipe and reduced to half its height or even shorter to allow a perfect fit given I have two pipes. Better yet, if they simply added a 3rd pipe that was half the height of 3 pipes of different sizes.

I am the proud owner of a new Epson 730hd Projector and I needed a secure way to mount it to our vaulted ceiling. My major issue was that our ceiling is about 14ft high and I needed a mount to bring down the projector to the correct viewing angle and look good while doing so. This mount was my solution and it works great.Shipping was very fast and product was packed well.By the way, I don't get paid for my reviews and I hardly ever write one but this mount worked well so I thought it was a good idea to share.The installation was easy and pretty straightforward I just followed the directions. Only 3 mounting arms will connect to my Epson Projector but it is very secure. The mount gives me every option of adjustments that I need in order to get the picture just right.I did not attempt to run the cables down through the mounting tube because of the way my cables run in our home. It looks like there is enough room for at least an HDMI cable to go through the tube but again, I did not try it myself.The best part of the mount to me is all of the adjustments available, it telescopes, tilts, twists, slides etc....I hope this review helps out.Good luck and remember to enjoy that big old screen now!!!

The mount works as advertised, it is universal, and hooked right up to my new Optoma projector. Very thick and quality construction.It is not white!!! It is off-white and a very ugly beige at that. PHOTOS ARE WRONG COLOR!!! I will just live with it I guess, until I paint it.It looks like it may look "industrial" cool on assembly and in photos, but it is ugly once installed. It looks like a Frankenstein project with so many unpainted bolts and seams everywhere. The washerless bolt set-up scratches the paint on assembly too, leaving a shoddy used look to a new product.It is cheap, so I am not mad, as you get what you pay for. It is surprisingly sturdy and adjustments stay put, so A+ on that. You might want to spray paint the whole thing after you put it together though.

This is a well thought out product that is very flexible in the ways to configure it to projectors large and small. The material used is very solid. When i did the mounting, I realized and appreciated the versatility of the top piece, as it could be adjusted sideways to make it easier to center the projector. This offers all the options I could imagine needed for a projector, I can't think of anything else needed to justify the much higher cost of other similar products.I hesitated some when I read one other review that this is not white color. At least the one I received is white color.It would have been a 5 star were it not for one thread in the tube not working, it's a minor thing though.

Excellent ceiling mount. It is easy to assemble, sturdy, adjustable. The only problem is that you need to slide the cables inside the tube before you place the bolts, otherwise it will be close to impossible to slide them through. This may not be much of a problem if your cables are not yet installed behind the ceiling, but it will certainly be a challenge with cables already located behind the ceiling, since you will have to hold the two pieces of the mount together with the supporting bolts removed. With a little planning, however, this can be regarded as a small inconvenient. Excellent product otherwise.

I purchased the mount mostly based on the price and wanted an extensible arm as my media room ceiling was little high. I guess you get what you pay for.Pros: decently sturdy mount.Cons: it did not get shipped with all the necessary screws to extend the arms to fit my epson 8020. Person installing the projector had to improvise and make it work.Adjusting the projector in a fixed position is not very straight forward with this mount, hope I don't have to touch it myself anytime soon.

Pros:Straight forward install, glance at the directions and away you go!Cons:I can only secure the projector in 3 places, it is wider than the mount.In spite of the above con, I am using the mount, I have an Epson 3020 for reference.

It did the job for epson projector 3020e. Used the base portion only... we have a nearly 20ft ceiling in our church which required using a conduit pipe (not rigid) for the length. All the parts were nicely adjustable.
