Perfect addition for my Zhiyun Crane V1.
I have owned a Zhiyun Crane V1 for a few years and used it successfully on many video shoots. Being the original Zhiyun Crane it didn't have a desk tripod for balancing with the kit. The only way I could balance the gimbal was mounting it on my full size tripod which wasn't very convenient. As Zhiyun updated their Crane range of gimbals a desk top tripod was added to the kit but I could never find one sold separately on the internet. I know there are many other manufacturers out there who produce similar desk tripods but I wanted to be sure it would carry the full weight of the gimbal when balancing it with the camera. Also the design of the Zhiyun tripod folds up neatly and can stay attached to the gimbal after balancing and allowing it to be used for extra grip. As always, Zhiyun makes excellent products, quality is the best and this is no different. Yes, there are cheaper models available out there but my gimbal, camera and lenses are worth that little bit extra to make sure they are safe when in use.

Nice strong stand
Used for a week or two, really like it only fault i found was one of the legs were stiff to adjust and if you over tighten the rubber gets pinched and could possibly tear so you are left between do i over tighten it to secure your item on top or be gentle with how far you twist at the risk of it unscrewing a lot easier

using this with the zhiyun crane v2 with a7s and samyang 24mm t1.5 manual lens, a bit over a kilogram plus the gimbal itself, the tripod holding it more then steady, very well made.
