Awesome Aux Lighting Kit For Your Truck,Boat, Trailer or RV
This kit is perfect if you are looking to add some auxiliary lighting to your truck bed. I have a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab and the led strips are the perfect length to cover my entire bed. They provide an amazing amount of light and I no longer have issues finding stuff in the bed at night or stringing up a fishing rod or tying on a lure in the evenings on the tailgate before hitting the streams or rivers. The strips stick to the underside of the bed rails perfectly and the included on/off switch is very nice. The strips seem to be very well made and sealed, but the kit has only been installed for about a week so only time will tell how well they will hold up to our cold PA winters. The included switch and wiring with quick connects made the install super easy and quick, even though my install was a bit customized. My installation was a bit different than what the instructions called for. I wired the lights to a magnetic switch, as well as the included on/off switch, so that when I open my tailgate the lights automatically turn on without me having to push a switch or use the key fob. I left the included on/off switch installed so that I can turn the lights off when sitting around the bonfire on the tailgate or leaving the tailgate open for an extended amount of time. This setup works fantastic for me. Shipping and packaging were perfect and I got it in the normal allotted time for a prime membership. At the end of the day, the price and quality of this kit cannot be beat. It provides the right amount of clean, bright white lighting, good build quality, easy installation, and great features for an AWESOME price. If you need auxiliary bed lighting, look no further than this kit.

Great addition to my truck cap!
Instead of using these for the truck bed itself, I put them on the ceiling of my truck cap. These produce very bright light and I'm very happy with them. Installation: The kit includes everything you need up to your 12V supply and maybe a little cable management. To install on the cap, which I also needed to add power for my 3rd brake light and keep it easy to remove the cap from the truck, I bought some waterproof 3 wire/pin connectors. The lights all share a ground and power for the brake light and these lights are separate. Physical: Mounting the lights was easy and very secure with the adhesive backing. After installing these, the temps in the cap reached well over 100 degrees F for consecutive days and they have stayed stuck. My installation left me with lots of extra cabling for each of the light strips which I just taped up to the ceiling using some gorilla tape. Electrical: The hardest part of this install was finding the appropriate wires under the bed of the truck to connect to. RAM provides a brake light wire blunt ended to connect to and immediately be active, and they also include 12v steady or ignition based blunt end wires under there, but require an upfitter harness to activate them. Once that was all squared away I mounted the lights up and ran the wiring down through the side of the bed and soldered everything together. Would be easier with the low-temp solder heat shrink and just be able to use a lighter to make a good watertight connection. If you have easy access to the 12V supply and the right tools this is not bad at all. Conclusion: Absolutely worth the effort to install. So much more light in the bed which is especially helpful when the bed is full of random stuff and you need to find something in the dark. The built in lights at the rear of the bed just aren't enough, and when the cap is on the light on the back of the cab doesn't do anything. Also, those lights are just temporary and these can be switched on for extended use. (Photos coming)

Solid leds to add serious flair
Just installed the MICTUNING U8 RGB+IC Underglow LED Light Bars on my ride and I'm super impressed! These things are a game-changer. The kit comes with everything you need to install, so you don't have to worry about hunting down extra parts. Installation was a breeze - I had them hooked up in just a few hours, and that's with taking my time. The RGB lights look insane on my car, and the best part is how easy it is to change the colors and patterns. You can customize it to fit your mood or your car's style. The controller makes it super simple to switch between different colors and effects. If you're looking to add some serious flair to your whip, I'd definitely recommend these. They're easy to use, look great, and the price is right. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and I think you will be too!!

Great for the price; but have extra wire on standby
Not too bad. This isn’t super bright, but bright enough. Placement is EVERYTHING. Here’s the skinny: PROS -Price: you can’t get a better mid to your truck for a cheaper price -Quick: I have quite a bit of wiring experience but if you’re new to it, expect it to take :45 to an hour. -Easy to mount and trim: its 3M backed so the adhesive is good. And you can trim of the excess to fit your needs. Google how to and fill the end with silicone. CONS -Brightness. Not incredibly bright, however it’s enough to get the job don -Wire harness: The harness is my main complaint. The wires do not make sense for the wire up. I had to cut and splice extended wires to make it work with my small bed. And the power cable is for if you have a dedicated 12v always on power already ran. So if you don’t have a dedicated 12v power source then you’ll need to run it. -Switch: The Switch kinda sucks. It’s not a sticky back and does not have a way to mount. So be creative. I instead added my own magnet switch which works great. That being said, it’s well worth the money and if you’re looking for an affordable yet functional bed light or anywhere else, this will work.

Good Product
Wow. Pretty impressive for $23. Needed some light in the back of my 2010 short bed Tundra w/ topper and I got it. Super simple install, though I have a secondary battery in the back and a carpeted bedliner to run the wiring behind. Yes, you will have to splice some wires on it as there’s no way to reach everywhere you need to go without extending the wires. To extend the wire to the battery, you’ll need some 16 gauge wire and to extend the on/off switch you’ll need 22 gauge 2 wire, I used extra home alarm 22/4 wire and it works flawlessly, just cutting off the additttwo wires I didn’t use. I did have to shorten the led strips as my 5.5 ft. bed rail would only accommodate about 5 feet of wire, no problem, just cut at the copper diodes (which also have a scissor symbol) to reduce the lengths, remove the cap from the end and press back into the new end and add a bit of liquid electrical tape for moisture barrier. My biggest concern was the durability of the glue holding these onto the track, especially in cold weather. The 3M strip feels very sturdy but I also added a small dab of super glue to the sticky, about every two inches, before pressing into place, should stay in place for years. I’d buy again.

“Light It Up! A Game-Changer for Truck Bed & Camp Setup”
These MICTUNING LED cargo lights are seriously bright and exactly what I needed for my truck bed camper during camping trips and late-night gear loads. Installation was quick — the adhesive backing holds strong, and the wiring was super straightforward. I hooked mine into my Auxpower 6-gang switch panel, and now I’ve got instant lighting for my rooftop tent gear, cooler, and tools. Whether I’m overlanding, filming for my YouTube channel, or just tailgating, these lights are like flipping the sun on in my truck bed. Solid build, crisp white light, and no more fumbling in the dark!

Very stiff in cooler climates
Great brightness and quality, but be wary of the stiffness. I installed these in the Michigan cold (late November), and the rigid light casing made it nearly impossible to keep them positioned correctly. If you're in a cold climate, you might want something more pliable; I'm planning to swap mine out for a different set once spring arrives.

These lights provide a good amount of light
I installed these on a 1970 GMC longbed pickup. Installation was straight forward. The temperature was in the low 70⁰s during the install. So I used a hair dryer to warm the bed rails while I installed the light strips. The light strips are mounted in a flexible plastic track that make for a nice clean Instalation. I used a trailer wiring adapter to tap into the parking lights for power. Since this is and older truck I needed to drill holes at the top of the bedside to run the wiring for these strips. Both wires from the led strips ran through the taillight housing to underneath the bed meeting in the middle just behind the license plate. I read reviews claiming the wires were to short to do this. I had about an extra18 inches of wire that I needed to bundle up. The light from LED light strips is good, but not overly bright.
