If you are a LMT or a PT and need a great tool, I highly recommend these. They are of good quality, easy to keep clean / sanitize between clients. I use these to help with acupressure points on my massage clients. I recommend these to my clients to use at home. Love the little storage bag. I think good value for the money.

These massage balls are perfect for pin-pointing sore muscles and knots obtained through working out. They are very firm and allow for deeper massages. The larger balls also come in a bag that lets you use both balls at the same time if desired. The small ball is also perfect for localized hand massages as well. The sellers also provided physical and digital materials for reference on massage options you can do with the balls. The only, small downside is that the balls do pull out hair if used on unshaven areas of the skin. This can be avoided easily by using a small towel or your clothing between the ball and your skin.

I promise I never share or write reviews on anything I purchased because it is very private however, this item is just a must for every single person in the world to have I’m obsessed with it I just danced for five hours today and came home in so much pain. I laid down on the floor and used these balls and let me tell you people a gift from heaven. I where rich I would get this as a gift for all my friends. Soooooo good! Who needs to spend money in a massage I’m not kidding.

This has been the thing I've been searching for!!!I get dry needling done on the base of my skull and down both sides of my neck clear out to my shoulders, weekly. This simple yet oh so effective way of self massage is going to make my pain management actually manageable.

They don't do the job. If you put your weight on it, they will just compress to nothing.
