Drop-in Replacement for BlackHawk X6-P Flashlight
My BlackHawk X6-P flashlight's Xenon bulb stopped working. I never really liked how this flashlight used up batteries so fast. This ULTRAFIRE 3.6V - 9V Single Mode LED bulb is a drop-in replacement for the Xenon bulb assembly in my BlackHawk X6-P flashlight. All I had to do was unscrew the top of the flashlight and remove the Xenon bulb assembly and swap it with the Ultrafire LED bulb assembly and screw the top back on. I didn't have to remove any contact springs or alter the Ultrafire assembly at all. My flashlight is working again with a more power efficient bulb. I don't know about it being 1K lumens. The batteries in my flashlight are 6V combined so maybe the 1K lumens is at the max 9V the LED assembly can handle. However even at 6V, looking at the light my flashlight now puts out is enough to temporarily blind someone due to how bright it is now so it is bright enough for my needs.

VAST Improvement for your Old Surefires
I popped this in my Old Surefire C2 Centurion I've been using for about 17 years (purchased in 2005 as a private) VAST Improvement on brightness and makes this a viable pocket light once more. THAT BEING SAID. The head WILL NOT screw down all the way like a stock bulb. it leaves about a quarter inch of space from where the head once sat to where it now sits. The pocket clip IS still secured and will not come out but it slides forward and backward a bit. Have not and WILL NOT test the water proofing. This conversion was about 8x cheaper then the other option I was looking at. so all in all I am very happy.

Great & inexpensive drop-in replacement for the SureFire 6P's bulb!
Great price & performance as a drop-in replacement for the incandescent bulb in my SureFire 6P. Way cheaper than buying a whole new 6P LED flashlight. The bulb is bright and has good performance, fills a room and can be a little blinding (not a bad thing!).If you have a 6P with an incandescent bulb, this upgrade is a no-brainer. Tired of burning through incan bulbs and having to replace them all the time.

Inexpensive update for old surefire lights
Bright focused beam with good halo. Updates early LED and Incandescent lights to near modern performance for a tiny price.May need to remove bade spring for some models.

Awesome light
I bought because I hate having to keep hitting button to get to high. Works good and just as Brite if not brighter.

LED replacement for Xenon head
LED replacement for Xenon head, fit the Blackhawk flashlight similar to Legacy L6 and cap screwed down without removing the the large outer spring. Now able to use rechargeable CR123 . More candela than Xenon bulb so it's a little bright for up close work, but has better throw for identifying distant objects

Z3 fitment
You must remove the large outer spring to allow this to fit a Surefire Z3. Once removed, the fit and function is perfect. Removal of this spring is called out on a competitor’s device but not on this one.The LED works with rechargeable batteries. Surefire incandescent P90's, not so much. It's a suitable upgrade to the Surefire OEM P60 or P90. I suspect battery life will be greater on this LED lens vs. the incandescent P90.

Short Circuit!
These bulbs are constructed in such a way that they short out between the solder contacts of the diode and the aluminum reflector. I have had two of these with the same issue. Be careful with these bulbs, a 4.2V high flow Li-ion battery will drop around 30Amps through that reflector cone. That is 120 watts of heat right into the nether regions of your pant's pocket. I have bought two of these bulbs and they both failed in this exact same way. Burnt me both times!
