At first I took less then stated being cautious but even that was ok the second night I did cough yak but nothing yet so I kept using the medicine to my surprise on the fourth day everything change I cough for a time upon waking and this is truly amazing to me it work. But you need two bottle of it to truly do a affective job but I'm really doing great and if the problem come back I'll buy again.They give you a 4hr windows I used a 6hr and it was just a strong as stated remarkable item. It work so well I has to setup timer to take the next does. Prefect lasting.
