The laptop has a really good processor and a nice screen, the only think i wish would be present is a SSD, thankfully it has a empty M.2 slot inside. You can get to it by removing 11 screws (7 under the anti-slide matt)

I'm not a computer whizz but I took my time to look for lots of advice from my computer programmer brother and online blogs before making this purchase. Everything is as expected and the laptop works really smoothly, isn't heavy and cumbersome and has enough memory for me! I know that some parts can also be changed out to increase that later. Still haven't used it for music recording but am planning on doing that soon - given the specs, it should have the minimum requirements for a good performance.

Had this for about two weeks now using it everyday and no faults to date.Nice sleek design which I really like.Fan isn't loud but I don't usually run too many operations at once.Watched a movie on Netflix on it fine with apps on in the background.Start up is fast enough.Mic seems to work fine too with headphones plugged in for voice chats, webcam isn't the greatest quality but its a nice add on.Keyboard feels fine, buttons are easy to press and layout is good, power button is easy to press and you won't be accidently pressing it as it sits quite a ways from the main buttons on the keyboard.Wouldn't recommend for intense gaming, this and its graphics card isn't really designed for that although I was able to run Skyrim on the lowest settings smoothly but you gotta run it on high performance mode and plugged in to do that.

Bought this laptop over a year ago and just as the 1 year warranty was up, one problem after another began. Thanks to windows 10 update this slowed down thw system and eventually got black screen, after a few trials on fixing black screen and updating the memory from 8g to 16g..... now the hard drive has a fault. Not happy at all as I have had older laptops that have lasted even longer and were cheaper than this one.

The specs were pretty good for the money, but when I got it, straight away I saw the screen was too wash out and to boot it takes an eternity. The screen improve after I calibrated it. I have improved the boot but still taking a lot of time, the laptop in general aspects is working good, I hope get better performance with a ssd. There is a model almost the same at this one but 4 gb ram and 16 optane memory, it flights. It was at the same price as this one.

I bought this laptop for producing and showing audio visual presentations which my older laptop struggled to do at times without juddering.I wasn’t sure what to expect for the money this cost, but I am over the moon with it and it does eve4ything I wanted from it.

I bought this as a university laptop for my daughter. I figured it was a bit overkill for essentially a word processor and internet browser.BUT IT’S SO MUCH LESS THAN THAT!Takes ages to load, then endlessly hangs on even the simplest of tasks.When checking out the task manager, the 1TB memory is constantly at 100% utilisation. You can try and clear up space by shutting down unnecessary processes like Cortana, but they just start themselves up again.A complete waste of money!UPDATEABSOLUTE CRAP. Looked after this very well, still broke inside of 2 years

I originally bought this laptop to use for university work as well as programming with the C language. It is an ideal laptop for beginners as it is intuitive to use but it is also ideal for computer savvy people who want functionality but not something too expensive. The only downside is the relatively short battery life when unplugged. Otherwise a perfect PC
