Good switch...12v circuit
Used this as a temporary TS switch and was easy to setup and the toggle motion is very smooth. The only caveat is it has a non-standard thread so using a "normal" locknut/thumb nut, won't fit. Use what's in the bag.

Durable over time
I purchased these as a replacement on my gas fired decorative cast iron stove. The original switch was no longer available for my model. The switch is used to activate the gas heat when switched on. The voltage passing through the switch is extremely tiny. This means that the switch must have very sensitive contacts that don't develop even a small gap or become somewhat corroded or coated from repeated use over time. I've used the switch for two years without any failure. I imagine that they would be as functional if not better for a higher and more normal voltage/amperage range.

Contacts are operated in reverse
I found out the hard way that the contacts are reversed. I should've checked continuity to figure out which contacts closed in which position but I didn't and then had fun trying to figure out why things weren't working right until I checked and discovered the reversal. So be aware of that! In a vertical position, down closes the upper contacts and vice versa. Also, be aware that this is a DPDT (double pole double throw) switch which means the two sides of contacts are separate from each other but function the same. Otherwise, good product, works as it should. I like the screw terminals, more solid connection

Double pole, double throw switch - exactly what I wanted.
Works a treat. Used for an electric solenoid valve to remotely open and shut a grey water outlet on a motor home.
