Computer exceeded my expectations, and they were high. 5 fans and still much quieter than my old one. Every app is improved. My only complaint is with the lack of a manual. There were parts left over that I could not identify, and there was no spec on power supply. Price was fair considering the vid card and processor excellence. Support line answered questions, but at this price a manual is expected.

Awesome PC. I bought this five months ago and love it. First thing I noticed about it was hour quiet it runs. My model is an air cooler and it does a great job keeping cool during extended gaming sessions. MSI did a great job with the parts integration and I like the case and its form and functionality. The msi gtx5070 ti along with the intel ultra 9 hit top tier in benchmarks I’ve run. I bought this 6months ago and have had zero issues with it.

Runs games with extreme detail and smoothness. I'm a month in and so far so good. One important note: I encountered a severe repeated crashing issue where all fans sped up to maximum and remained so until hard reboot. Users recommended uninstalling the supplied MSI Center software to correct the issue, and that seems to have worked for me. Other than that strange hiccup, it's a beast of a system.

Dear Sirs @Amazon and @MSI: Imagine my absolute dismay when I pulled the system out of the box and then the bag to see dust showing up all over the system as well as an ABS and Cooler Master logo on the front indicating a highly USED system. (Upon further inspection it became apparent that it was MUCH worse). The dust was all over the intake and exit ports on display card and power supply. I looked at the back of the machine and saw the name as well as a display card that appeared to be quite old with a Dual link DVI port, 3 Displayport 1.4 ports and 1 HDMI port. Opened the case and took some photos of the dust, the 600w power supply, Zortek 1080 video card. You can see all the photos. Likewise, the back of the case had a label for the machine, ABS Bearcat Barrage ALI20. Someone should initiate an investigation for theft and fraud at one or both of your processing centers. I noticed that the price was another $250 for the same system when they offered an initial refund. I tried to get a replacement for this system but that was refused at the same price. I offered to buy another MSI System at the price that I purchased it the day before but they could not do that. Asked for a compensation because this was such a blatant fraud/theft to offset the price increase and that was refused. Only option provided was that they will give me a refund in a few weeks after I return this fraudulent system. I could not wait that long so I had to purchase another system. Honestly given this incident of fraud/theft at one of your processing centers and the lack of compensation for a MAJOR issue on your parts, I bought another brand.

Works well when my son is gaming and he says it never gets warm. It runs cool on all of his games. He did have some updates from MSI and Nvidia which help it run even better. Had some tweaking with the monitor he bought separately because the graphics card was so good, the monitor settings needed to turned up a bit. Playing all games at between 100 to 150 fps with no noticeable latency. At original price it's not a deal but we got somewhere around 800 dollars off during prime days back in early August. It's also fairly quiet and no problems thus far.

I gotta admit there is nothing to hate about this PC. Everything is so high quality and built well. I even took the time to take off the back panel to discover great cable management. Upon arrival the PC worked as it should and after purchasing it back in October 2025 i can confidently say it still impresses me. It's also a VR gaming monster rarely lagging. The aircooler works great. The hottest I've seen was 75°C and the PC is still quiet.

This PC has exceeded my expectations and runs every game I own very smoothly. I was worried about the processor being slower than my i9 14900k but changing one setting in the bios puts it 8k points over my previous CPU while still running at about 73 degrees Celsius at full load with only air cooling. The 14900k pretty much ran at 100 degrees constantly, which is what Intel throttles the temperature at, unless you use a program like ThrottleStop to reduce heat. I play Star Citizen and it's one of the most demanding games out there. This PC has no problem running it. I highly recommend this computer, especially at the sale price.

I would love to give 5 stars if the following did not occur: 1) The package is extremely hard to unbox, and it took me very hard work to pull the desktop out 2) The monitor cannot be detected unless I reboot the computer using r button. 3) The rear port does not look to have good build, and the quality look rough After all so far it works fine. The price is great, and overall it definitely deserves 4 stars out of 5 Updates: the machine is actually defective with the defective rams However, the customer service agrees to send a replacement, so I am going to keep this rating for now
