But First, We Nap: A Little Book About Nap Time Board book – September 17, 2018

Super cute book with a sweet little story, it was a Christmas gift for my youngest grandson along with a stuffed sloth that just made it the perfect little combination gift.

Very cute and helpful with establishing a naptime routine. Lots of illustrations, not necessarily words to go with each one so requires some imagination on the part of the reader. Not a negative, my son really enjoys this book. I just wasn't expecting that. I like that it ends with them sleeping, another naptime book we have ends with "it's time for fun!" which can be confusing for a little one.

During the years of naps, this was the daily go to book. It was a quick read and entertaining. Plus ending with yawning, it helps prepared little ones for their naps. In fact, it's making me yawn as I write this review. Lol!

This is such a cute book for baby/toddler! They way it is written the reader can have fun making different sounds to keep the story interesting!

I ordered this book because we had plenty of good night books and good morning books, but nothing specifically for naps. My daughter loves this book! I have to work for it, though - lots of sound effects and voices. She begs me to read this book even when it's not nap time. This is one of those books where the first time you read it, it seems really basic and short. But with a little imagination it's amazing!

Great little book!

The book was well made and was a perfect addition to our baby shower gift. We had a huge soft stuffed sloth, sloth baby blanket, and the book. Was an adorable gift set.

My daughter loves this book! She got it for her 1st birthday, and is constantly bringing it to me to read to her. I think it is the simple pictures, and that there are few words in it - instead we express the emotions on the pages, and she loves that.
