Excellent Quality! LIghtweight and strong. This is a stand to provide you stability while standing - like other stands, this is not designed for you to pull yourself up from a sitting position. This creates to much stress on your stand connections and track system or direct tap crews. Use a "pull up" strap that is anchored to a center console, etc.

Works for what it is. Have it mounted to the accessory tracks on my Vibe Sea Ghost 130. Not for using to initially stand up, but good as the occasional place to steady yourself once you are standing. Also good place to put your paddle while working a fish.

When I opened the box all the screws were loose. The instructions were terrible. I think this was previously returned because the black screws had markings on it. Lastly, the bolts did not match the screw’s thread.

Dislike, loose bolts in package. Horrible instructions with no parts list. I can’t even make out the “helpful” photos. This is aN EXPENSIVE product!! I cannot find any printable instruction manual on their website. Very disappointed. $189 of useless bars. Not happy!!

Easy to install, not sure about the complaints on the instructions, most of the install is self explained, each kayak will be different in placement. just put the stand together, mark where the holes go on the kayak, drill and mount.. great quality.

I am partially disabled so I needed a stand-assist bar for my Solo Skiff. This looked okay on paper, and initially felt solid enough. The problem is the plastic end pieces that join the upper horizontal piece with the two verticals are way too slippery and the joint moves with just a little lateral pressure like trying to steady yourself when an idiot speed-boater's wake rocks the boat. I have had this joint fail on me 3 times each times while trying to steady myself almost having me go overboard. It has worn enough from just these 3 times to make this joint secure no matter how tight you try and tighten the screws. This design sacrifices strength for adjustability.

This product is a $189.00 joke, no instruction that a person can understand, part of the black screws were striped, the pictures that were sent with this product were worthless. It looks like to me that somebody had tried to assemble this bar before and gave up on it!!
