All Sales 96195P Grille Emblem

I ordered 2 of these yesterday and got them before noon today! They are solid aluminum and come with hardware for mounting for the front emblem. It does not come with double sided 3M tape for rear the "Tailgate". The rear emblem on the tailgate is on with double sided tape, so you'll need to get your own 3M double sided tape to put it on. These are heavy duty and slightly polished and might have minor scuffs but they are packaged and have a thick clear film over the front of the package they are in. No biggie but if you have OCD like me, just use a little Mothers metal polish and you can easily and quickly get it to a mirror shine. I highly recommend this Chevy Bow Tie Emblem (Part # 96195P) 2007-2012 New Body Style Chevy Silverado1500 / 2010 New Body Style Chevy Silverado 2500 made by "AMI Billet Styling".

Fits my '11 Silverado very well. My only concern is the way it gets anchored to the truck. It seems to me that someone could develop a better way of attaching the threaded rods to the bow tie. Just screwing them into a threaded hole that is only 1/8" deep or so just isn't good enough. I cleaned the pieces as best as I could and then used a small dab of golf club epoxy to secure the threaded rods. I've used this epoxy on several occasions like this and it has yet to fail on me.

I was looking to replace the gold colored bowtie on the truck, and found this item on Amazon for less than I could find locally. It fits well, but looks more brushed than polished. Still like the look on the front grill, but would be a bit happier it it were polished brighter and had more of a mirror shine.

Emblem looks really nice and fits well. Bought it for 2010 Silverado 1500. Easy 10 minute install, held on by two screws, washers, and nuts which are included. Good quality and has a nice shine to it.

Great fit and looks great

Replaced broken factory bowtie on my 2011 Silverado. Fits good, looks good, and childs play to install.Removal of factory bowtie easy too. Just stuck a screwdriver behind it and popped it off, as trying to actually remove the clips was impossible. (It was raining when I took the picture)

I purchased this (96195P) for a 2009 Silverado. The emblem I received was a plain bowtie without a border or outline on it. It doesn't match my chrome grill like I thought it would. It also doesn't fit as snug as the factory one I replaced. Installation was easy. I kept it because it doesn't look that bad from a distance and it wasn't worth the hassle of taking it back off and sending it back.
