well packaged, arrived in good shape. I ordered two and neither one is as large as I expected. I expected a 3 gallon plant that is almost $50 to be more than a foot and half tall. And is not large enough to be clipped in conical shape yet. The plants are healthy, but I would not have given this price if I had known they were so small

These arrived very well packaged and healthy, I tried to find this particular type of Boxwood on the internet, and this dealer had by far the best price with free shipping. They were planted about a month ago and, with one exception that has a few brown leaves, are doing well with little care other than watering.

With the price of shrubs going way up these were a very competitive price with free shipping. They were a great color green and I haveno complaints about the shrubs at all. When they were delivered one turned sideways so some of the mulch came out. Not the fault of the seller at all.

Beautiful healthy boxwoods!!

The Winter Gem Boxwoods arrived ahead of schedule, in excellent shape in 11 individual special boxes which not only allowed the plants to get air but anchored them upright and each pot was tied into its own plastic bag to avoid loss of soil. I have to give lots of credit to the grower: Green Promise Farms in Connecticut. Good job Green Promise !

It arrived healthy and in good condition, but the size and form could be better. The pictures show nice, conical shaped, two foot tall boxwoods. I was hoping the shrub I got would look the exact same, but it was only a little over a foot tall with no cone shape to it whatsoever. If the seller wasn't ashamed of what they're selling then they'd have the actual pictures posted.

The plant is the third boxwood I have purchased. The first two were the size advertised but one had been placed upside down and the top was broken off. I reported the damage and I was given a refund. I then ordered another in hopes I could have a matching pair. The third plant is literally half as tall as the one in the first order received. It was stated it was in a #3 pot but it is much smaller and younger than advertised.

Plant arrived wonderfully packed. Extremely healthy and thick. It did not have the pyramid shape shown and was mush shorter. I bought this " topiary" on the recommendation of Linda Vater ,a utube gardener. Her plant s looked like topiary mine will have to wait a year. Very nice plant but higher in price by about thirty percent from big box stores.
