My son is autistic and has ARFID. Getting him to have a multivitamin or any type of medication, is impossible as he won’t take them. I used to use a powdered multivitamin but thought I’d give this a try. I spray it in to yogurt or mix it in jam on toast. It does taste of something but barely noticeable tbh and pleasant, nothing that my sons ever even noticed. I have been using it for about 5 weeks and there’s probably still a few more days left, so the claim of 30 day supply is 100% true, in my opinion. It’s been a game changer for us!

Great vitamin spray clearly tastes good as my little one asks for it every morning and would happily have the whole bottle if allowed. Good size bottle 4 sprays is one dose , really easy to use.

Unfortunately the whole family couldn't continue using this vitamin. The taste is awful. We will bin it and opt for gummies. But who ever made this have no clue that kids won't accept such taste. And you need 4 sprays per dose. As if one wasn't enough to make you p u ke

So I thought I'd found the perfect solution as my son refuses liquid supplements (hidden in food, he knows when its in there and refuses to touch his food) but after 2 sprays he refused anymore. He's a non verbal 4 year old. I tried it myself and the taste was horrible, I really like how its in a spray though and contains good vitamins, I'll keep looking for a better tasting one but will stick with spray.

One of the better vitamin sprays to hide in food as it's sweet. Tastes nothing of chocolate and marshmallow though. I hide it in strawberry yogurt and syrup.

This is really easy to use and my daughter who has been taking since 12 months old absolutely loves it! Seems to be really helping keep some of the nursery bugs at bay.

Great Vitamin spray! My daughter who has refused all other flavoured vitamin liquids (orange raspberry etc) absolutely loves this one! I think the action being a spray makes it fun and she wants more than the recommended 4 sprays, so we have to hide it! Definitely worth it. It was also recommend by my daughter’s GP due to the amount of vitamin D & C levels
