I grind these up to make low sugar pies and parfait crusts. They work great for this!

I love high keys mini cookies. I enjoy when they have new flavor drops out of their original flavors. I can still indulge without compromising my health. I do think the snacks are a little on the pricey side, but so is everything. It is better than eating something that is ultra-processed and not at all good for me. I reordered already! Sometimes they come crumbled, but I like using the crumbs in a yogurt or just eating them lol!

They are a tasty treat if you need to limit your carbs. The still have that cooling aftertaste that you get from the artificial sweetener. The only thing I don’t care for is they are soft and I prefer crunchy but that is my personal preference. I plan on purchasing again.
