Well, what can you say about a product like this except the obvious. Does it work or not. Yes.....it works. Hemorrhoids are not a pleasant experience but unfortunately are a reality for many of us. This cream does help relieve some of the rottenness of having to deal with these little buggers. I would recommend giving this cream a try and I am sorry that you need this kind of product, but believe me, I do feel your pain.

Yes you will go numb...IF you put a large amount of product on the site, then cover in a dressing using plastic wrap as the base, for 15-20 minutes. I just wanted to pull an ingrown nail. It wasn't worth the time. But yes, it works. No, its not convenient or quick.
