I am about average endowment, and I have ordered one of each pouch size to find out which fits best. A = Too small, though it does offer some room. B = Perfect size for the shorts C = Perfect size for the compression pants D = Too big, though they still keep everything where it needs to be I have tried to order some of the B pouch for the compression pants, and for whatever reason, they just don't stay in place like the shorts do, so I have upgraded to the C pouch. Final note is, I have also purchased a pack of shorts with the "red" shorts, but they look pink in person. Color does not bother me though as they still function and feel the same.
