These caramel seeds are so addictive. Tried many different brands and so far Cha Cha are the best. They come vacuum sealed they are large, crispy and very fresh. Coconut is really good too. Nice to have a healthier snack. Be nice if they made more flavors like sour cherry or apple. I tried the Smackin Churro seeds and those are good too. But so far Cha Chas are the best. Very delicious!!

We used to say the energy that it took to eat sunflower seeds was worked off the calories. I doubt that is true, but they certainly make a delicious snack, especially those with the caramel flavor, it's just a hint, but enough to give them a little boost. You learn to ignore the mess you make with all the seed shells while enjoying the seeds themselves. I have ordered them several times and will continue to do so as I find this uses very large seeds and they are always fresh and tasty. Highly recommend them.

The largest seeds I have found. Many brands say Jumbo, but are very small. These are also the crunchiest seeds I have found. I also like that they are light on salt. I bought the carmel flavor on a whim and love the flavor

Delicious long lasting intense flavor. Huge seeds. A little rough on the cheek and gum if you overload the mouth.
