Excellent product !I took the best supplements for a year including MSM, Instaflex ( which by the way has no chondroitin, only gluchosomin ) , had steroid shots but nothing was helping.Within a week me taking pure chondroitin, I started working out again and even runI am very happyHighly recommend!

All I ended up with was a very upset stomach. It may work great for others...but didn’t for me.

Product delivered in January 2020 had an expiration date of 9/19. Also not a USP grade product and includes lactose as a filler.

This product helped my knees feel less tight and stiff. While it doesn't heal the joints 100%, it does help in providing some relief.
