Yummy candy laces. They are the right amount of chewy and sweetness. The difference colors taste slightly differently, but not enough to determine if they are actually fruit flavors or just generic "red/blue" flavor. Quite a lot comes in the package too

I try not to read negative reviews, but clearly I should do it more often. I had hoped these would be as advertised- tasty, chewy, delicious. What I got was incredibly disappointing - waxy, oily, plastic tasting hard textured faded ugly colors nothing like shown in the photo. They're REALLY hard to chew, so if you have anything less than perfect young teeth, do not buy these or you'll regret it after the first few strings. I don't know whether these are stale or they're just hard by nature of the ingredients, but I really had to work to chew them. You almost need to suck them in your mouth for a while to soften them up before you can chew them. Which is hard, because the overall feel of them is OILY. This is not a good thing for candy to be. They must add oil at some stage of the manufacturing process to keep them from sticking together, but they added too much, and they feel and taste of some kind of oil. The fruity flavor is there, but it's really hard to tell exactly what it is. "Vaguely sweet and oily" is the best way of describing them I've found. I don't want to finish the rest and don't want to deal with a return/refund because it's not worth the hassle.I bought another brand after getting these, and the other brand is much much much better- while these are flavorless, oily, and stale. I would expect to be paid to eat these things, not expect to pay for the privilege of attempting to eat them. I think if I bought them as a gift for a friend, I'd be one friend down on the deal. They come in a plastic bag that doesn't appear to be airtight, or if it is, it won't be once you open it; they really need to be transferred to a resealable bag after opening or they'll turn into tough plastic pieces.This is false advertising at its best, attempted dental sabotage and mayhem at its worst.Don't buy them, they're not worth it. Find a better brand and pay more, you'll be glad you did, even if you don't know what you're missing.

I saw pretty bad reviews and all of other brands that were cheaper and got these because I needed them to be just right since I am hosting and fruit loop bracelet bit and using this as the string. Other than tasting a bit too much like food coloring for my liking, these tasted amazing! Also, they were the perfect licorice texture and did not stick to each other. I was nervous about the price but it was well worth it.

I use to love these and have gotten them a few times. However this last time they changed them and they didn’t taste the same and the color went pale and so did the taste. Can’t tell the difference in flavor they all taste the same and not good

While there is nothing wrong with them, there is no distinct flavor difference between the different colors. That is disappointing. Gustaf's colors are different flavors which I will purchase next time.

Don't buy these.They taste terrible....

This licorice tastes GREAT! Smells good and has great flavor. Keep it at room temps or it gets hard, but softens once it warms up! My friend LOVED it so much I ordered it again! Definitely a great buy!
