Why did this regulate my menstrual cycle?
I think this is a gem waiting for the world to discover it. I started taking this back in July and for some reason since I started taking this, I have started to get a menstrual cycle every month. I have been irregular since I first started menstruating at 12 yrs old. Doctors said that is just how "MY" cycle is. Some years I have 3 others I have like 9, but I have never had cylces back to back every month. My average cycle length went from 79 days to 35! I have no idea what in this supplement has caused my body to regulate but thank you. This was totally NOT the reason why I started taking this. I started taking this because the supplements I had been taking before suddenly weren't working for me anymore. I was fatigued, tired, sleepy most of the day. This has helped me sleep better (I take it at bedtime), wake up energized, helped with my focus and mood. All around it has been a great benefit to me and by default my children. The taste is fine, it tastes like orange. I love that it is liquid, easy to take. Thanks for making a great product.
