Really good creatine ive used alot of products and this is quality stuff! Its got 4 stars because it didn't have a scoop but amazon customer service arranged for the issue to be rectified. Alot of people write they feel a difference but I started taking this and my brain fog and recovery really was assisted!

This is a more cost effective option to the gummies. It can go into anything and has no taste. I’m knocking it down a star because it does sometimes not fully dissolve and can leave a grainy residue.
