Okay for basic use.
It is a wall mountable phone.For the first time, I had difficulty after mounting it on the wall. The hand set/receiver was slipping from the base unit. After going through reviews, I found the solution.The base unit/phone cradle has a hook that has to be manually turned to vertical position after which hand set will not slip. See photo.Sound volume is low.
