Low profile, perfect fit for the need
Easy installation, once you clear the required workspace & prepare for a bit of plumbing gymnastics. This is our second identical unit in four years, after the valve lifter stem snapped off where the actuator lever engages it. In retrospect, probably due to too any releases of the lever from a fully open position, allowing repeated snap closures, stressing the stem. That said, gently releasing the lever from now on should allow this one to last for many years to come.

Finally, a faucet that fit.
I tried three faucets before I found this one. All had shanks that were too short for my counter. This one fit, and was relatively easy to install.

Perfect for application
Needed one of these that wasn’t as tall. All of these seem to be tall which was causing my issues with the window sill this was in front of. Happy with this lower profile faucet and it functions perfectly.

Tap broke after 6 months of use
We initially liked this simple tap, but after just 6 months of very modest use, it no longer turns itself off after filling in the down position. It still works to lift the tap up, then flip back down when done filling, but if we forget and push tap down it runs and runs until flipped up and back down. I wonder how long it will be until it won't turn off from either position. Assuming this item was just a lemon, I would like the vendor to replace it, but can't see how to contact them.

Looks good in a stainless steel kitchen
This faucet does the job. If you flip the lever up, you get a continuous stream of water, as you would need to fill a pot. Push the lever down, and water flows as long as you hold the lever down. Looks good in a stainless steel kitchen.

Stem is too short
The valve itself is fine. They went cheap on the threaded stem and cut about an inch off the total length from the previous versions. Consequently, it will no longer reach through a granite countertop and 3/4 ply underlayment while still being able to connect the water supply line. I had to pull out the stem and re-use the longer one from the old faucet.. A 5 minute job just turned into a 1 hour job. Avoid this item.
