Great commercial metering/timing faucet
Super happy with this faucet for my office building. Comes with mixing valve for hot and cold pipe. Heavy solid brass and metal built ready for easy install. Metering/timing is adjustable. Priced lots cheaper than battery operators sensor types and should last lot longer. I brought 4 for an office building hallway bathroom. Absolutely would recommend it.

Great idea for public bathrooms.
Perfect for our church bathrooms. No worry about water being left on and the price is very reasonable, especially when compared with motion sensing ones.

Good faucet
