The board is useless and leaks water
I bought this Item as a X-mas present for my daughter. Today we tested the board in the pool. Since the board is plastic, the seam between the top and bottom pieces were not glued together in a large section. The board is useless and leaks water, I'd like to return this item, and get another, but I'm unable to contact the seller. So If the Seller is reading this please contact me through this post. Thanks

Weight limit is off
I weigh about 190 and this thing felt like it was sinking each ride. My feet would come out wrinkled as water liked to pool in the standing area due to this design. Cup holder fills up quickly with water. After about 2 weeks water started making it's way into the dry storage. Went out with a bud who weighs more on a rented 11 ft board and he was flying past me so this board is slow too. He noticed how much more my board dipped down compared to his and others.Tried to purposely sink it in shallow water but was unable to fully submerge the SUP so was never in real danger of it sinking per say. Just felt like I was going to and too much water was coming in. Manufacturer says pooling is normal in their setup guide and never replied to my email over sinking concerns. Might be a good board for some who weigh less but not for heavy folks. Returned and had to pay $50 shipping back. Pictures are from after riding with water pooling.

Works pretty good
ok, first i want to say if you are a beginner and live somewhere where you can only use it june-august this is perfect. it's made out of the same material as most kayaks (the hard plasticy stuff) which also means its pretty durable and can take a beating. i love that it comes with a duo paddle that you can adjust while out on water to a sit down kayak paddle or a stand up paddle. love the dry compartment and straps in front to hold a lifejacket down in and the back has an area to strap down a small cooler for refreshments. I am a 5 '7 47 year old woman and i can lift and carry this thing and put in the back of my nissan altima (seats down, bugie cord to hold trunk down) and it sticks out maybe a foot or so. it isnt easy but i can do it myself and this was important to me so i could just go when i want without asking for help. you can move pretty fast on it especially when its calm but not a problem when it is slighty wavy either just a little more work. Used it all summer here in Mn and my bichon/shitzu loves coming on it with me too sometimes for 3 or 4 hours. The only real negative was shipping - it took about a month to get here when it was suppose to be here in 3 days -luckily i ordered it early in the spring so i couldnt use it anyway and they shipped basically in this giant plastic bag that was all ripped by the time it arrived and we could tell the board got banged up in the process. my boyfriend at first thought it was a used paddle board but all the tags and stickers were on it so who knows. i got it for the best price i could find something like this for and amazon has free shipping which was the clincher. i found this exact paddle board on many other sporting good websites and they all charged at least $200 for shipping. over all happy with my purchase and cant wait for another summer.

Fun new and exciting challenge
First paddleboard ever owned. I'm an avid kayaker and this was a great experience. It's nothing like kayaking. Uses a completely different set of muscle memory. I can't wait to master this skill Too the board is stable once your get your bearings and learn not to over correct yourself. Alittle over priced but I don't regret buying it

Great all around SUP for the money.
Great all around paddleboard. I bought this to take on a cross country RV trip, with the idea that it would be a durable piece of equipment and hold up under varying conditions as well as getting bumped around a bit on the back of the RV. The Sun Dolphin did the job very well. It is made of the same kind of plastic that is used in many kayaks - kind of a hard molded plastic. Definitely sturdy and able to get bumped around a bit without damage. The Sun Dolphin came with the fin unattached but was very easy to add to the board with a simple Phillips head screwdriver. Took about 2 mins and you are ready to go.The board is heavy, but comes with a center handle to help you carry it. Over the course of our cross country trip, I probably carried it about 4 or 5 miles - maybe more - but usually no farther than 1/8th mile or so at a time depending on how far the parking lot was to the lake or river.I liked that the included paddle came with an extra paddle, so if you wanted to kneel on the board and use it as kind of a kayak, you have that option - which I did a few times. The carrying handles on the front and back seem sturdy and like they will hold up for several years, and the straps for storage are convenient. There is also a little storage area for your phone, keys, and wallet. Although I put everything in Ziploc bags first. One point on the storage container is that it can be tough to open when your fingers are wet. I kind of carved some grooves into it with my house key to help give some friction - something to help your fingers not slip when you are trying to open it... not a big deal but 1/2 star deduction.I weigh about 200lbs and was able to ride on the kayak with my daughter (70lbs) or my son (90lbs), mostly comfortably. The other 1/2 star deduction is that I wish it were a little faster on the water, but that is to be expected for an "all around" board such as this. All in all though, really enjoyed this board and glad I bought it. In fact I took it out yesterday for a paddle on the river near home.
