I baughtvthis for my husband as he hurt h in myself in football from his ankle. As soon as he applied this on his ankle only after 2 hours his ankle healed and never ached any more. Thank you. The heat was extra great

These are the best pain relief patches that I have found so far.

I was a bit put off by the label: there's some silly claim about infeared light that seems completely bunk, but I have used the balm before and liked it, so I figured I'd give them a go. I can see why some reviews are nwgative, particularly if, having felt no swift relief, they removed the patch. I expected a warm sensation but felt nothing after a few minutes, but I needed to get on with stuff and left them on my lower back. After a fair while I had a sensation more similar to applying Vicks, and my lower back was less painful, but it came about very gradually. Obviously this is no replacement for exercise and better posture, but I find those things easier to achieve if I take the edge off pain first. It worked really well for lumbar pain that had been stubborn for a while and after a while I felt a faint warmth (Vicks) in the whole region, not just the back. Maybe it's placebo but I started pretty disappointed so I'll take it anyway and now * can fo my pilates.

Not very secure to the applied area...

Not sure easy to put on but no smell,guess that's why easy to remove,I like to smell tiger Balm you feel it's doing you good,really not sure I believe in these patches

Great product, very nice packaging

It really works! I was sceptical but since it was not too expensive thought I’d give it a go. I had a nagging pain on my neck that wouldn’t go away until I stuck this on. Works like magic and have been recommending to anyone who would listen.

It's just the right thing to do the job. It helps with managing Pain.

These are one of my favourite Chinese herb heat patches . I've a herniated disc, sciatica on both sides, RA & muscle spasms all over the shop. It's hard to keep track of the right brand because many companies use this packaging but if you want good heat without ripping your skin off these patches are the way to go .

Effective results

Very good for pain

They work GREAT!! I got these for a muscle strain in my arm. Not only do they work, they stay in place!! I've tried other brands that worked but they didn't stay in place and I had to keep adjusting them. These stay put all day!! They do have a strong medicinal smell but it's worth it to me!

Reason being that after so many usage a slight rash did appear. All in all product has proven to relieve pain
