This is my second steamer mop by Shark. This one is so much better. Pros: Super light weight. I never realized how heavy the last one was until I got this one. Makes cleaning less of a hassle. Even though it’s just using steam, it’s super effective at cleaning. I sometimes will use vinegar for extra clean and that works great. I thought the water tank was a little small but it’s actually is big enough for my entire floors. You also don’t have to push it to get the steam out which is nice. Cons: this is not exactly a con but something to think about, I think it cleans pretty well but I’m not convinced it works better than I traditional mop. Probably just about the same. BUT it will sanitize your floors with zero chemicals unlike a regular mop. I like to rotate cleaning my floors with my swifter mop and this just to try to get my floors as clean as possible. You definitely don’t need to. All in all, love the fact that it doesn’t use chemicals

I have reached the point in life where I can no longer clean the kitchen floor with a mop or steam vac. The Shark SteamSpot is much easier to use, and saves money because it does not use any cleaning solution, using steam and spinning pads to clean. I do quickly damp mop the floor after using the SteamSpot, just to pick up anything that I missed and remove any residual residue. The SteamSpot is much easier to use as it is lighter weight and maneuvers easily. All of which is much easier on my body.

With 4 kids and 2 wild cats who love to leave me presents this Shark SteamSpot steam mop has been a miracle for my house. With baby crawling and walking everywhere, this was super easy to get started and use right away. I love how lightweight overall the steam mop is. XL removable water tank that fills 16.9 fl oz of water (or 500ml). I love that its chemical free and just use water! Comes with 2 washable pads that doesn't get ruined after several washes. Very simple to stick them on and steam away the dirty floor. I've tried this on varies of floors, from tiles to hardwood to laminate. Works excellent on all! Too bad it doesn't steam the carpets hah. This steam mop has 3 modes for steaming, I tend to use maximum level and it does a fantastic job. I love how it lasts to cover my entire kitchen, living room and laundry room plus halls before I need to add more water! That's a lot, with the fact I have a spacious home with lots of space. If you press the handle, it releases more steam for extra spot on cleaning! I can't believe I didn't have this steam mop sooner! All those vacuums I've ever owned didn't do it's justice comparing to this product. Love steaming as it kills those germs. One way I'd improve this product is having the cord being a retractable cord for easier to manage cord. The cord itself is long and there are hooks to wrap it around when cleaning or putting it away but I think a retractable cord would be a better design. Does a fantastic job cleaning and heats up quickly!

I’ve been really happy with the Shark SteamSpot Steam Mop. It’s very easy to use and heats up quickly, which makes it perfect for quick cleanups. One of my favorite things is how lightweight it is — carrying it up and down stairs is effortless, which is a big plus. It cleans well and I love that I can sanitize my floors using only steam, without needing chemical cleaners. The only small downside is the water tank is on the smaller side, so you may need to refill it a few times if you’re cleaning a large area. That said, it’s a minor inconvenience compared to how well it works. Overall, great steam mop — simple, effective, and convenient.

I have Bissell rug and floor . Too much water left on wood floors. BUT the Shark Steam Spot Mop is is PERFECT for wood floors and so EASY to use. It like a wet Swiffer but Better Cheaper in the long run. Purchase once & extra pads. And that's all you need +( I hope you have water,) PLUS IF YOU Change the pads it doesn't Smell & l haven't any leak. Great quilt with the machine AND Steam. I would surely buy this Sharp steam mop Again !!

I thought this could never do what it claims...it is small and lightweight and easy to use. I was pleasantly surprised. I bought it because of the steam mist capabilities that helps to fight gunk and stuff that gets on tile and would from our family gatherings, grandkids etc. IT EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS! Highly recommend. Read and follow instructions. I especially wS happy with how well it cleaned up by baseboards and grout. It's not a scrubber...so no deep grout clean, but the pads are very scrub worthy and do a great job.

I was looking for a quick way to clean my tile floors. This steam mop does the job. It heats up quickly and does just as good of a job as my big bulky steamer but without tripping the GFCI outlets. It’s lightweight and doesn’t take up much space. Steam output is better than expected for a smaller water tank. I like that the pads are washable. I just wish the cord was a little longer. Not a big issue to unplug and take to another room since it doesn’t really need time to heat back up. It holds up to a busy house with 90% tile floors, 4 kids, two cats, and a dog. Would buy again and again.

This steamer works like a charm. Its easy to use, cleans well...no muss...no fuss. Long cord really helps!

This worked great when I first used it, but after two uses, it stopped making steam and just water poured out. Its to late to return it so I am out my $$$. Very disappointed

I bought the mop end of July and it's not even 2 months the mop stopped working. There no steam coming from the mop. It just makes loud noise and it stopped working
