Good product well made good quality
Excellent product, works flawlessly. Very easy setup if you watch YouTube videos on it. Comes with very poor set-up instructions. Suggest buying an extra screw-on set of feet if using a larger phone model since the current built in stand is inadequate to support heavier larger phone, alright for regular standard size phones.

Great Gimbal for the price!
Great gimbal so far. I am writing this with about a week plus use, I have used OM 5 in past and this gimbal blows it out of the park. I have an iPhone 15 Pro that I use with this and all of the features seem to just work without much hassle. Especially love the new multifunctional module, while I don't have a DJI mic to use it with, the light and the tracking features are pretty solid.

Its good but to make the maximum use of it - you have to really use it regularly. For those who are only going to use this once a week - stay away.

Easy to use and good service from DJI
After a month of ordering the product , the multifunctional module stopped working though gimbal was working good so I reached out to their DJI customer service team of India..They sent me the brand new replacement gimbal and I’m happy about their customer service team who are very helpful to get the replacement gimbalThank you !

Disappointed
Manual doesn’t provide clear steps how to start, you have to watch video manual duration of 6 minutes with loud irritating music overlapping voice, key moments hidden into 0.2 sec parts, need to reverse back and back … more than that since the first moment after all attempts of balancing the device it still remains skew, and if you try repeat same sequence of folding unfolding you may get your device into “self-destroying” mode with such soft buttons and self start after unfolding, the device got hooked itself and stuck in automatic attempt to open …

Good. Unfortunately not every brand is working full with it. Should increase interaction with upcoming brands like Vivo, Xiaomi etc.
