This seems pretty sturdy and has a lot of nice little features ...
This will serve my portability needs for hiking or traveling well. Is it on par with my Manfrotto tripid with liquid head? Not even close. But it also doesn't weigh 30 lbs. This seems pretty sturdy and has a lot of nice little features for customization and control. It's a little smaller than I expected but that's my fault for not reading the description better and pulling out measuring tape. It is very light, compacts very small when folded up and will easily attach to my camera bag for portability. This would be a great entry level tripod for someone or a good travel option for people who need portability.

Excellent value
Okay, at this price point, you can't expect a pro level Bogen or whatever, but I have been very pleasantly surprised by how nicely this little tripod works. It supports my Fuji mirrorless camera including a telephoto lens just fine - note that this is a compact camera system. I would hesitate to put a full frame DSLR with L glass on it.It IS small...with everything fully extended, it does not come up to my eye level. On the flip side, it is SO much easier to tote around than my large heavy duty pro tripod, and 9 times out of 10 I don't necessarily need it to be at my eye level. The ball head makes it very quick and easy to position. And even though it's not a fluid head, it actually pans much more smoothly than my big tripod. The only thing I don't like is the plate/release system. Rather than some sort of spring-loaded clamping mechanism like every other quick release I've ever seen, the plate you mount on your camera slides sideways into the tripod head, and you then have to tighten down a knob to secure it. So it's slower and clunkier than a conventional quick release, and you have to think about what you're doing, because it can slide in from either side, which means it can also slide right back out the other side if you're not paying attention. That said, after three months of using it fairly regularly, I'm accustomed to it.Ultimately even not being super happy with the quick release, I still have to give this item five stars because it's way nicer than I thought it would be at this price and I'm more than satisfied with the value.

Decent travel tripod
This tripod was very easy to carry on my trip. While it's supported my camera well I had a suggestion using a weight when Outdoors (I used my mini backpack). there is slight slippage on a smoother floor when using doors otherwise the rubber feet are fine. This is a very versatile tripod considering you can also put the legs flat at 180 degrees for stability. The carrying case that comes with his very helpful. The instructions are minimal but after playing around with it for a little while I understood how to use it. It is lightweight and not as sturdy as my full sized tripod but still it's still relatively sturdy. It doesn't get as tall as a traditional tripod by a few inches.

Extremely Versatile Tripod
This tripod is super flexible. It can be set extremely low, it can be angled, and set on uneven terrain. There's a bag hook for stabilizing the tripod with your camera bag too. The ball head is super convenient and allows for a variety of shots. It is also very compact and fits perfectly on the side of the Zecti sling bag. The legs are sturdy and the clamps hold them tightly and the rubber feet are grippy. The panning is very smooth as well. If you are looking for an inexpensive tripod, this is a great option.

Bad design, won’t last
Rated max load 3kg/7lb for $34. The leg angle position lock design is a joke, lock mechanism shall not only depends on weight but the lock piece againsts multi-angle piece should also somehow stay in position. The product should not even been manufactured with the poor design. Other parts are ok.Bought a sound and sturdy “G-raphy Professional Portable Aluminum Alloy Tripod” here only for $19 last year. Currently unavailable, not sure why, guessing could be either re-marketed as a much higher price product (I have seen another was for $19 and became $70 later on, but it wasn’t and far from as good though) or the great design was a clone.

Solid materials, unstable support
This is made from high quality and study material, you can really feel the quality while using it.Its one major flaw is the lacking support on the legs to keep them in the angled tripod position, it is super easy for the legs to get knocked out from under it. That may be okay if you are using it with a camera that you are always holding on to but it is nerve wracking to leave anything else on it and walk away.

Excellent quality for a cheap price.
I was looking fo a cheap budget tripod that had good build quality and this hit every mark except one: size. It struggled greatly with my DSLR and I couldn't keep the camera steady because the knobs to tighten the head don't do a good job. That being said, the build quality on this is above par! My old $70 tripod can't even compare to this. The metal design, the flexibility of the legs, the head, the knobs, everything is amazing. It's great for smaller cameras or even phone's. Even though I couldn't us this with my camera, I'm keeping it because I love it so much.
