When you get it, it's vacuum-packed in plastic. When you take it out, it'll be wrinkled for a few days to a week, but then it smooths out. Overall, the surface fabric is soft and comfortable, and the inside has nice support for sitting. It seems durable and good-quality too and looks nice. There is no odor, either.

This seat backrest is very comfortable for reading or watching TV in bed. It is strudy with a soft plush material. Right size for either me or my husband. He is 5'10" and I am 5'2". Works well for both of us. Seems to ge wearing well. Gives the right amount of support.

2 months after buying a different reading pillow I felt it was time to buy a different one based on the comfort and support. I found this one listed for a good price. After carefully looking through the listing, I bought the 21" size. On my first night of usage, I was already impressed with the comfort and support vs the reading pillow I had bought 2 months prior. I like how this one has nice support for my neck and head as I'm relaxing on my bed with my laptop and phone. The texture of the filling gives it a very nice combination of cushioning and firmness. The horizontal feature line in the center of the pillow is a nice feature for back and neck support thanks to it giving the pillow some flexibility. As for the arms, their length, width, height, and cushioning are very good for resting my arm while I'm using the wireless mouse with my laptop.

The beautiful pink color makes it extra cute, and it looks great in her room. It’s also really comfortable and supportive, which makes it perfect for when she wants to read in bed or watch her tablet. It gives her just the right amount of back support so she can sit up comfortably without having to pile up a bunch of pillows. I bought the small pillow so I could sleep sitting up. When I slept in my usual position, my side, I was experiencing sinus drainage which caused me to wake up with a sore throat, shortly after going to sleep. I also was having painful sciatica when I woke up in the AM. I have found that by sleeping, sitting up, it totally eliminates the sore throat, and it helps reduce the sciatica in the AM. This pillow is perfect for what I was looking for. I didn't want the larger pillow with the extra cushion for my head because I wanted to use my own adjustable "My Pillow". Besides being happy with the pillow, I was thrilled with the price point, under $30. I bought it in grey for 2 reasons, it was cheaper and arrived later that day. Comfort, Convenience, Cost!

Overall this a simple and decent backrest. Yes, it is a bit on the small size like some other reviews have stated, but the arms are much longer than others I have gotten. I personally don't mind the size since I use it more as a "pillow" to prop against the wall and then I place other pillows in front of it to lean on. It's perfect for this use. Firm right out of the package. It came with the cover ON which was awesome (though it can be removed) It wasn't wrinkled and it didn't have any oder. The color is accurate- a pale sage. Fabric is kind of a velour type fabric.

I really love this pillow. I’ve been using it every single day for over 4 months now, and it still feels like new. The quality has held up really well, which I honestly didn’t expect. It gives great back support and makes sitting in bed so much more comfortable, whether I’m reading or working on my laptop. Definitely one of those purchases I’m really happy with. Highly recommend

I was hoping for a bit more padding inside for better support, but it’s still well filled. I’m only 5’3” and glad I ordered the larger size with head rest (and second, detached pillow). Two pockets, one on each side; handy for holding my eye glasses, Kleenex, IPhone or other small item. I needed this pillow for my upcoming (October 28th) knee replacement surgery, where I expect to spend more time in bed recovering and reading.
