It's been a year now and it's still working well for me. I'm sensitive to pain and have skin tags on one of my underarms which makes it challenging so have to be careful when shaving so usually I use the trimmer to avoid nicks or cuts. I do use the shaved part for arms and legs sometimes gently running over the areas and haven't had any cuts or razer burns yet. I'd rather have a shaver that shaves well sometimes going over the skin a few times rather than having one that provides close shave going only once which I've painfully tried before and had cuts and razer burns. I've never tried this with my skin wet though since I usually get nicks and razer burns in the past with any other wet/dry shavers.I bought three of these. They all included batteries already installed for us. The 1st one came damaged with the battery compartment falling loose and which and the moter kept dying so I returned it. I suspect it was problems with shipping. Great friendly customer service. The second one worked for a few weeks and started dying out again. At first I thought I needed to change the battery but turned out that the batteries they installed were incorrect so I changed the one battery with the + and - on wrong side. When the batteries did die out, I replaced it with my own battery that is rechargeable. I bought a 3rd shaved as a present to my cousin but I think she prefers shavers that pull out the hair which sounds painful to me.Overall it's been working well after a year, it's a great price, looks pretty, comes with a small brush to clean out the small pieces of hair that gets under the razer area that you detach to clean, and I love that it comes with a small pink pouch to keep the brush together in neatly which is great for traveling. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best face shaver!!! *by T***1 on January 29, 2024* This is such a unique shaver. Glides on and truly removes facial hair painlessly. I panicked when QVC no longer carried this product that I have purchased from them twice at least 20 years ago.I was “so happy” when I found it on Amazon!!It was originally labeled as Forever Free and now no longer. It is also a wet shaver and can be used on other body parts, but I only use this for my facial hairs. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Get you one! *by S***I on December 21, 2017* Not sure if this is the brand, but I had a trimmer years ago that not only looked like this, but trimmed in the same manner. I love it. It gives you a close shave, Not sure if the batteries last a little while or maybe I take too long to shave but I think this would be awesome if it were charger cable ready. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars....4.5 isn't an option. Its not expensive AT ALL which is always a plus! Thinking about buying one as a back up. I have NOT tried this on wet skin....not sure I plan to either but I guess its good to know I have the option. Sleek and comfortable design, fits right in the hand.
