I will start by saying this is my second purchase of a product from Comfytemp. I also have the shoulder model and it's a LIFESAVER! I'LL START BY SAYING I AM A HOT MESS. 🤣. I have a bad hip and bicep tendonitis in both arms. For this reason I roll around at night like a rotisserie chicken. I experience referred pain to my lower back due to the hip and from the constant twisting and turning all night long in bed because the shoulders ache and I'm a side sleeper. I typically wake every morning with stiffness and discomfort in my lower back. I loved the shoulder unit so much. I use it every single night before I go to bed So I decided to grab the lower back brace and give it a try and I'm very glad I did. I wake up every single morning throw it on my lower back and go about my morning routine. It is very effective at relaxing the tension and easing any discomfort I'm experiencing. It comes with an extender if needed for larger sizes. I'm a size 10 us and it's got 6 inches overlapping when worn low just above hips. PROS: The red light light therapy penetrates deeper than just standard heat. It does an outstanding job of relaxing tension and discomfort. It does make some heat. But it is not a high "hells inferno" heat you'll get from from a heating pad but because the red light penetrates you won't miss it or need it! It works with or without the app. The app works seamlessly and is very easy to use. It allows you to add any comfy temp devices you have in one app. I do find the app the easiest way to control settings and use the products. Lightweight and portable. Not bulky and easy to roll up and take with you when travelling. Price: so affordable for this level of light therapy. I took them to my Ortho appt and my Dr said the light levels are the desired wavelengths and same used by physical therapy dept. CONS: I honestly can't think of any. I tried to be very honest and think of any con whatsoever and there just aren't any. This is not a paid review and I am on no way affiliated with this company.

I am using the light belt every day to help heal two fractured vertebrae. I like how I can fasten it around me and walk around if needed. Two things I do not like are how very short the charging cord is and that the charge only lasts about one hour.

Complaint number one: the belt fits very weird. It leaves a huge gap at the top of my waist so I have to hold it to my skin. Complaint number two: it shuts off on me every single time I use it, no matter how long it’s been charged. Maybe defective but definitely frustrating. Would not purchase again.

This is very effective for my sciatica. The only problem is that it is difficult to use & doesn't fit tightly.

This is my second red light therapy belt. Purchased this one because it is cordless and rechargeable. Quality very nice.
