HobbyZone Rough Field Landing Gear: Sportsman S+

Balanced out this foamboard plane nicely!

I wanted a landing gear set for a DIY foam board I had designed and purchased these, even though there was very little information in the description. This set exceeded my expectations, I used just the main gear set and it was a perfect fit with a great price! So far it has been very sturdy flying from a grassy field.

Used as a replacement for a model I built, very sturdy. Not too big, pretty light, great weight to strength ratio in my opinion

First time out on a short grass field I bent the front stock tire on a abbreviated landing. Changed out to these. Super easy to do, and the tires are much bigger. The plane now bounces if I put down to hard and can taxi in grass without hitting the prop.

Work perfectly as a replacement if you have the plane or want to use it on another plane, but you just can't remove the wheels.

Fit perfectly. The nose gear could use a flat spot for the screw

Absolute requirement for grass fields.
