Elite, Plant-Based Protein Shake with Prebiotic Fiber, Vanilla

I absolutely love this protein drink. I’ve only tried the vanilla so far, but I’m looking forward to trying the chocolate one as well. When I was at the store, I noticed there was more flavors, but it seems like it’s a little bit limited here on Amazon at this time. I am lactose intolerant, so this is perfect on my stomach. I love the creamy thickness of it, making it like a treat when I’m having it. I wish the price point was a little bit lower, but it seems like. And I love the fact that when I drink it, I am getting my protein.

Pleasantly surprised! My young teen is going through a lot of major orthodontic work. Eating has been difficult for her. I had been on the search for a good protein supplement to make sure she’s at least getting what she needs on the daily even if her diet isn’t what it should be. She is hands-down one of the pickiest eaters I have ever seen with texture issues. She loves this. I no longer get grief about how horrible it tastes and she drinks it without being asked. An absolute win for us!

I was very pleased with this Koia Elite Plant Based Protein Shake. I chose vanilla and it tastes great plus has 32g of protein. I have tried many other brands but they did not taste pleasing.

Oh, these I like. The vanilla is a solid hit, and I love the flavor. The fact it's all vegan and doesn't taste like sugar was added is just a bonus. My stomach is very angry in the morning, making eating difficult. This is what I have for breakfast, with my cup of breakfast tea, and it has me energetic for hours afterward thanks to all the protein. The fact it doesn't need to be refrigerated is a bonus because sometimes I need to pack one in my purse. That's extremely convenient. On top of this, the overall quality has it worth every dollar. Their other flavors, however, are terrible. Their idea of cocoa has a chaulky and copper taste to it, like blood. The shelf stable version of their drinks are thicker. Too thick to blend with fruit. I gave to shake the bottle to loose everything up. However, I have a small fridge and need to take one of these with me when I leave my home. Between being medically necessary vegan as well as having celiac disease and requiring everything be gluten-free, finding places I can get something to eat is...tricky. Taking one of these along is enough energy for me to get home and make a meal.

I feel it is a good product. I won't buy often because of the price. Great for travel since it doesn't need refrigeration. Just shake and drink.

It’s one of the better plant based proteins. Less bloat and it taste like a milk shake.

It is great that Koia has made a shelf stable protein drink with 32 g of protein. That being said the vanilla flavor is not good. I bought the 12 pack and I am forcing myself to finish them. I wouldn’t buy them again (due to the taste). The Koia elite that you can buy at your grocery store in the refrigerated section is much better tasting. The two products (both called Koia elite and with the same ingredients ) are definitely not the same. Too bad.

It is hard to find good tasting protein drinks that don’t use whey. These are the best! I love that they are ready to go in my fridge with no messy powder involved. I’m looking forward to trying a few more flavors to see if they are as good!
