The software didn't work on my Samsung tablet (but it would connect) nor on my PC. Once I got it working, I got a clear picture of my inner ear on the tablet.UPDATE: This company was very concerned that I was a satisfied customer. They offered to send me a different scope or refund my money (and keep the one I ordered). I elected the refund which has been credited. The scope works well with the Samsung Galaxy tablet and you can't beat that customer service so I would recommend this particular company as a good one to try out.Using the scope I discovered a bone spur and I can take an image to an ENT doctor. I mean, c'mon, a USB endoscope for less than 20 bucks? I am however very pleased with my purchase.I downloaded the app from the play store, turned on the otg function on my phone (oneplus 5t), put the USB-c adapter on the end and plugged the unit into my phone. When I opened the app it asked to connect to the USB device and presto, I was looking at the inside of my nose in no time flat. Then my ears, then my eyes (not recommended, the led lights are bright) then everything I wanted to see more closely.The image quality is not great but it is still really good given the fact that the unit is so inexpensive. The app has some useful features like taking screen shots or recording video as well as adjusting the resolution of the image.The little zippered case is OK but it's a tight fit for the pen style scope body, but it fits.
