This has been life changing for my hashimotos. I have more energy, and my nails and hair are growing again. I feel so much better. A nurse told me about this product when I told her I was tired all the time and had no energy. It has helped both problems. It tastes good, and I have no side effects.

After testing positive for a homozygous MTHFR mutation I started taking this supplement. My doctor recommended taking this supplement in general. The taste and drops are great. I found it easiest to count the drops in the mirror. I had to "pulse" the dosing to work my way up to 10 drops as this gave me headaches when I initially taking it. It took about a month for my body to get used to the 10 drop dose. As a side note I found taking it around the time I had morning coffee helped mitigate headaches in case it helps anyone else. Now I take the normal dose daily without side effects and I think it has helped overall alertness? It is hard to say. I'm taking this supplement more to help reduce homeocystine levels and as a preventative to hopefully reduce risk of health issues. So far so good, I will post an update when I get more blood work to test the effectiveness of the supplement in lowering homeocystine levels, but I've heard it may take a while. My mother has a heterozygous MTHFR mutation and started also taking this supplement. She noticed much more of an energy boost than I did and did not have headaches taking it. She really likes this supplement as well.

For a couple years, I had never bought this. I would just eat high folate foods like oranges which are not that high in folate. This pill or droplets or whatever reminds me how it feels like when I eat a big bowl like 16 ounces or more of pinto bean. Same effect. It’s quick and easy and a little more accurate and also has B12 but that’s hard to get without eating it. It’s very good on the B9 part. I would encourage people taking this to also have food for B12 for example meats or fish I plan on buying again because there’s no preparation time and cooking or steaming vegetables and no getting bloated or gassy from other b9 foods. I used to balk at the price, but now it seems to be lasting more time than expected

Only four stars atm because I’ve only used it a bit over a week but I wanted to address something I’ve seen in other reviews. The first three or four days I dropped the ten drops directly into my mouth. The second and third day I felt absolutely exhausted and my body hurt. Like I was coming down with something. I felt horrible. So I went to the reviews. Many people said their bottle didn’t last as long as it was supposed to. Ok cool. I then saw one person who measured the drops into a spoon then took. I decided to try that. Before I was using almost a full dropper with some left behind bubbles. I counted ten drops or at least squeezes. When I used the spoon method I’ve only used a quarter of a dropper. I think that’s why I felt badly. I was using far too much. And I think that’s why other’s bottles don’t last as long. And why others have side effects. I do feel better now. I I’m not sleeping as much but I feel better. Not as tired. Oddly my daily two evening adult beverages has gone to one. Just because it’s not appealing. I’m happy with the one to unwind. Now that I’m actually taking ten drops my stomach has no issues. It does have a weird aftertaste but they are vitamins after all. It’s doable. I’ll update later if I remember. It’s said you don’t get the full effects for a month or so. I’m going a four star because I’ve already felt a small difference. I would have waited the full month to review except for the drop amount deal.

It works. In the morning when I get out of the bed I use to walk like Fred Sanford. Now my knees don’t creak as much. I can tell that I have more energy. And it doesn’t taste bad either. This will continue to be on auto ship.

This product has helped my son so much over the last year. He decided one day that he no longer wanted to take adderall after like 10 years. Didn’t like how it made him feel. So he seen this on a TikTok and decided to try it and loves how it helps him be clearer. The price for the product is great. He doesn’t have any side effects and its natural.

I am not sure what the deal is with the color of my B12. I use it daily and I was at the bottom of my first bottle and decided to open a new one since the last was hard to get the last drops from. I was going to just put the remainder in the new opened one when I realized the new one is PINK and the one I was using was YELLOW. Did they change colors or have I been taking a bad doses every day of this product? I take it for MTHFR in the morning and I'm assuming it's been working. I haven't had any issues with it. But now I am questioning it. Did they have a change in the color or did I get sent a bad one? This is not past expiration. When I opened it, I absolutely know this was not pink when I opened it. Doing a search I found... "A yellow color is not typical and usually indicates that the product has oxidized, expired, or may be counterfeit". This isn't counterfit. Do I just have no clue why it was yellow and being the first I opened I would not have known to question the color.
