ZodiacR0512300 TS Control PCB Assembly Replacement for Select Zodiac AquaPure Ei Series Electronic Salt Water Chlorine Generator

My unit was not making chlorine and I had the output fault error message. After way too much internetting, the consensus seemed to be the circuit board. Ordered from this vendor, it came quickly, and it was the solution to my problem. My 10 year old system is back running. (The old circuit board was made in 2010 per the stamp.) This is absolutely a DIY fix. Turn off the breaker, squeeze the sides of the plastic top cover to remove, unscrew the case from the wall, and the inside of the case/cover has the circuit board screwed in and attached by a cable. Pull the cable connector straight out to free the cover from the wall unit, unscrew the circuit board from the cover, replace with the new one, and plug the cable back into the wall unit. Viola! You are done. Have a celebratory beer. You can look up document ID H0331400 on the Jandy Aqua Pure Ei product website and it will give you some diagrams so you can feel more comfortable before you start.

I have been getting error messages, and then the display started going out, and then the unit wasn't powering on when the filter powered on. i thought i would need to replace the entire system, but i decided to try replacing this part first. it is a 10 min job and it appears to have taken care of the issues. I recommend trying this first before spending 10x the cost to replace the whole system.Also I have been looking for a new cover for the unit b/c mine is weathered from exposure to sun and elements but i can't seem to find it anywhere. if anyone knows where the cover for the Jandy (Zodiac) Aquapure EI salt cholorinator control unit can still be purchased, let me know.

I had a fault signal on my system and tried all the other fixes. I ordered this board with hopes that it wojld fix my problem like others have indicated and thinking that I could return it if it did not fix my problem. The board did not fix my problem and now I can not return the board. $300+ down the toilet!

I was extremely nervous buying this (expensive) but with Amazons return policy decided to give it a shot. I was able to replace this board in about 5 minutes and it works perfectly. 4 months later still going strong. Very pleased.
