Bought but misleading they said Rs 0 for installation. But nobody came after coming charged 1500 plus taxes 270 total Rs 1770 as installation charges total misguided . Quality very bad all plastic parts . Top no protections lizards n other will go . Dust will accumulate from top open . Improve quality by leaps & bounds any day Daikin is better my experience.

"I bought a Whirlpool AC six months ago, back in September. It is now April 2nd, and in these six months, I’ve already had to call customer care three times. There is absolutely no cooling, even when set to 16 degrees. Now, they are dismantling both the indoor and outdoor units to take them away. However, these technicians are not from official customer care; they are local repairmen. I have no way of knowing if they will use genuine parts. This isn't an authorized company service center either—it's just a local shop. Let’s see if they actually manage to repair it this time."

horizontal swing in ac not working in whirlpool. Option in AC unit and remote but not working. Too much expensive Installation charges too much for Installation technician. They needs say purchase stand in online 450+ put he charged 1500, don’t know this one part of the Installation or technician charged more don’t know. 30% of product cost is Insulation charges by technician ₹7800. Product manuval not received or taken by technician. He say don’t know and not there..

Still now no problems I have faced.... It's coolz the room fastly.... That's very fantastic... Actually I'm blindly buying 1st time this Whirlpool brand.... It satisfied me beyond my expectations.... My luck, I got installation call after my AC delivered within 1 hour.... That's very great.... The installation team from wirlpool well trained and do their job good.... In market, wirlpool magic cool 1.5ton ac price is very competitive also they maintain quality and service effectively... That's very interesting.... Then come to it's features, their memory restart, 6th sense mode, convertible mode all are very impressive.... Though this model has does have wifi connectivity. but all features ae can access through remote itself... Remote is quite compact and highly sensitive.....

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with the Whirlpool 1.5 Ton 3 Star Magicool Inverter Split AC. The AC unit is quite noisy during operation, which makes it uncomfortable to use, especially during the night. I did not expect this level of noise from a product of this category. In addition, the quality of customer support has been very poor. It has been difficult to get proper assistance, and the response from the support team has not been satisfactory. The installation experience was also very disappointing. I was not present at the time of installation, and the installation personnel left the place in a complete mess. The work looked unprofessional, and there was no proper cleanup or attention to detail. Overall, the product quality, installation experience, and customer service have all been below expectations. I would not recommend this AC based on my experience.
